Your videos are so helpful. I have a question, I created a dashboard for the projects and want all my team members to update the project status weekly. How do I ask them to update the weekly status in dashboard without going to multiple sheets.
Hello Suchitra; thanks for your kind words. It depends how you set it all up. But a report could work here that pulls the multiple sheets together. Or you could use a widget that allows them to update the dashboard manually and centrally.

Excellent video! Doubt Is it possible to filter by dates what is presented in the dashboard?
If I understand correctly this could be done via a report which then feeds the dashboard. But in order to filter further you'd need to edit the underlying report.
Question - can you use a built timeline sheet to create a report or does it need to come from the template sets? It may be a permissions issues, but I can't seem to pull my project plan in. Thanks.
Hello. It's hard to tell without knowing the specifics but it does sound like you should be able to. Is the dashboard in the same workspace as the timeline sheet/report?

Hi, I want to create project timeline gantt chart for various projects, is there any way I can upload my sheet and it will update the dashboard, as we do in PowerBi update data through sharepoint.
If I understand correctly and assuming your data sheet has the necessary columns/data you should be able to view a can't chart his the grid/sheet view and could display that on the dashboard
Do you have a copy of the sample data you use in your Data sheet? Want to follow along with the tutorial but difficult to do without that data set!
I don't readily available, unfortunately, sorry. There are tools you can find via google for "dummy data" you may be able to leverage...
when you went into set up Dashboard Tutorial under sheets--there was Dashboard Tutorial folder that provided the sheets needed to begin creating a dashboard. I did not see that in the options for templates to download.

How do you put a link to a data entry form on the dashboard?
Hello Eric. You would need to create the data entry form first and foremost, obtain the link and then add this to the dashboard (or search for the form).
