Thank you. I'd suggest setting up a notification/alert on the sheet itself whenever the form is completed.

Thank you. I am curious what it looks like when someone fills in the form and how it populates a sheet. I need to send the form to many people and wonder how to get the info to populate in specific cells instead of at the bottom or at the top of a sheet. Also can the recipient fill in some of the fields, save their work and come back to it when they have all the info to fill all the fields? Thanks!
Always run test entries. You can then delete them from the sheet. In answer to your question, they could assuming they left their browser/form open. You can't save a form mid-entry to re-open it up or return to it later.
Excellent tutorial, but I would like to know a little more about how the "Logic" field could be used, I would understand that it could be used with other tables, maybe some kind of example would help,

How can I limit a response in dropdown muiti-select? For example there are 5 options to select: a,b,c,d,e and the first person selects "a" how can I do to not have this option anymore and the next person would have only 4 options (b,c,d,e) to prevent and block people to choose the same one

What about if you want field for all the attachments. Can we do that too?
Yep you can do it. Go to the edit form window, pick "add field" choose from the right hand side panel "file upload" and drag it to the left pane just like any other field.
Can you use forms as a sign up sheet? Say I have 3 time slots on a specific day, is there a date & time field that can be inserted into the form to restrict someone to sign up for a specific date/time?
Good question. The concept sounds possible, though not personally sure how you would remove an option once it has been previously 'chosen'.
Can you add fields side by side on the same line to save on space?

Very helpful! I appreiate the tutorial. However, I do not see Auto-Number/System as an option in the Edit Column dialog. I get only # Auto number. I cannot get it to display the System generated column. How can I get the automatic email feature to work?
I think Smartsheet may have changed the terminology here since I recorded. # Auto number should be the same thing.
Your example is to input one form at a time. Is there a way I can submit multiple forms?
It's not something I am familiar with; a visit over to the Smartsheet community forum may help though

How do you remove date once you've reached the 20,000 row limit to continue using the form?
I believe you would need to go into the sheet and manually remove/archive. You could set up some archive rules to do this on your behalf, automatically. My other archive video will walk you through how to set it up: ua-cam.com/video/wFJikpyTce4/v-deo.html
