Hoyas are definitely my favorites but I've been getting into Monstera and philodendron this year and I'm liking them also 💚 I'm becoming a little bit of a cactus girlie too
Can you tell me what you love about Hoyas? I know so many people that love them. I’ve never had one but I can’t understand the love but probably because I don’t have any.
@@GenRN so when I first started with this hobby 3 years ago I would only look into pet safe plants because my cat is sort of naughty 😂 I initially mostly had Peperomia but kinda feel out of love with them because they seem to hit a year old with me and then not want to live anymore lol but I came across Hoya and they've been so easy for me (minus 1 or 2 of them lol) . There's also such a wide array of them that you can have. That's basically it. They're extremely easy and rewarding, there are so many different types you can own, and they're pet friendly
I really like all the plants that you put on your list. I'm not sure which one I like more. That Hoya Gunung Gading is really cool though. It reminds me of the Callistophylla it has that same veining and leaf shape. My callistophylla unfortunately died. Can't wait to see what favorites you have for next year.💕
I realize this is my 3rd comment but I get excited and can’t wait at each plant. The ganung Gading has been on my wishlist forever ever since I saw Kevin’s from hakunalaplanta. That’s probably going to be my first purchase of the new year. 😍
Never mad at multiple comments haha, the algorithm likes it 😅 And you definitely need this Hoya! She's been a fave since I got her a couple years ago! 🥰
The doc block and gunung gading are my fave. I have them in my collection and they are showing down growth this winter. Any tips to get the doc block growing faster?
The prices are too good this time of year to say no. Did you see what I got last night? Lol, I don't remember if you were in the live, but I was a bad girl 🤣
@@jaclynns.jungle Derek's live? I may have missed it. What was it? I was in and out and I still ended up getting the labisoa sunrise and Philo esmerdense. Picked up a Hoya benguenese from Ecuagenera right before that 🫣
@@jaclynns.jungleoh wow that is a steal. Congrats on that great grab! I managed to go a while without wanting one but it’s grown on me and now definitely on top of my wishlist. 😂

This December I’m really enjoying my Amplissimum and my new Silver Lady Scindapsus. I guess it’s all that silver that reminds me of snow and frost.

Succulents, calathea, alocasia, and begonia. My begonias are blooming!
I love Begonia blooms!!

@@jaclynns.jungle Definitely sold. I’m a sucker for sun stressed Hoyas too. 😍❤️😍
My favorites are Aglaonemas, but I think Philodendrons are a close second. I love that hoya too
My Ags are struggling, I think they need a repot!
Oh my goodness that green Congo nuclear 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 need it

When you see them side by side, they're very different! But equally beautiful 😊👍🏻

Are you feeding it enough? Anthurium are very hungry plants! Mine thrive on fish sh!t, and I also use a foliar spray!
How often do you spray your plants with the foliage spray?
Once a week, but you can do it as often as you want ☺️
Love the dischida watermelon just gorgeous Hoya are my favourites but I do like the look of anthurium but they get too big for my house 😂
I have no clue what I'm gonna do when they all get big! Hoping to have a larger space by then 😅
Man, now I’m starting to want the nuclear. I’m hopeless 😂
It's really pretty! And I think prices will just keep coming down!
♥️
🥰🥰
Girl I bought a congo nuclear from Jax and then Derek had some so I bought 2 🤦 and I snagged 2 mint monsteras this month. I have a problem. Lol

Ok, girl I spent the whole video trying to figure out the earring situation......
Not sure what you're trying to figure out 😅
Smfh that silversword is fucking fabulous...wow. How much are they?
I'm obsessed with it!! This baby one was $220, and that was a steal! I see slightly bigger ones with a few leaves go for $500 and up!

Cute plants, but yellow leaves are not my vibe- 💚😎💚
Definitely not for everyone!
