DIY Double Sided PCB Vias | Best Method by Invert Logic
Joining PCB Vias for DIY pcb is very tricky and time consuming process. In this video I have tried to give you better choice of how to use the rivets also called "eylets" to connect your top and bottom layers. this method is only good for double sided PCB boards. you might also use it for single sided PCB in case you need connectivity on the non copper side area.
Many times it is easy and fast to just solder the part of wire on both side of the PCB. but in situations where it is not possible to solder the wire on both sides, especially when you are using IC base and the connectine routes are below the IC base hidden. I have faced this type of situation and there is really no solution other than using this technique.
I have used 2.5 mm Long and 0.9mm Dia and 1.3mm Dia rivets in this Video. but you might want to check your PCB thickness and the componants leg dia before ordering them.

Step 1: Sand all the copper off...
Step 2: Get a new board.
Step 3: Start over.
Good music, nice video. Especially when you use a tweezers to push the small tube in and a nail and pliers to hammer it in place. Fantastic misuse of tools.

Why not simply use a thin wire and solder top and bottom? Why waste money to buy those via?

What kind of paper did you use to transfer the traces to the copper? Did you use water or alcohol to dissolve the paper?

to wash down the tonner is better to use aceton, otherwise realy nice. I can't wait to try it by my self
