I agree with Jonathan, the TamTam organ was great, but I still love Rochdale Town Hall and its Art Deco designs, and you look very dapper in your blue suit. Thank you both for all you do, the effort you put forth and sharing your talent and sense of humor with us. We're the lucky ones. One more thing. Tom, I hope you have finally found a way to solve your pillow issues. XX
Ditto everybody else. But you made me laugh out loud by repeatedly stopping the music each time a locked door was tugged on. LOVE your humorous approach to everything.
I always enjoy all your blogs but particularly enjoyed this blog and the amazing organs. What great sounds. The gong and cymbals are something else! I also love Rochdale Town Hall and the Art Deco features. That organ is magnificent. Superb playing from Jonathan as always, together with Tom’s filming and recording.
I was in St. Gallen last summer when the organ case had no pipes, and there was a description of the plans for the organ. Wow - to see it now! Now to hear it live.
Dear Johnathan and Tom, I have been a faithful follower of your channel since 2008. Thank you so much for making us part of your adventures and showing us all of the great organs you play. I do have a special request though... in the footage of the travels (shot with your smartphone) could you please apply a low-cut filter in the video production? I have two giant subwoofers in my living room, and every time you're in a train or an airplane, the roof of my house nearly blows off. There is so much audio information below 35 Hz which does not contribute at all to the experience of the moment. I would be extremely grateful. Keep up the good work guys! Love from The Netherlands, John
About the suit: awesome😊 Of course, the Bros. could wear potato sacks and still look stupendous: Looks, intelligence, talent, sense of humor - Tom and Jonathan are the BEST😊👍👍
Thanks guys, as always a very great video full of wonderful sights and music and great humour, I watched the interview Jonathan did with the local organ society in St Gallen
I did, too. What a privilege to be chosen to perform the concluding recital of the festival. Saving the best till last! And I still replay the BBC Prom 29 program, while it is still available. (Love the new suit!)
Dear Jonathan, we have been on Your concert, and highly enjoyed it. Thank You very much. We - me and my wife - are both hoping, we can see and here You again in St Gallen. There are still some organs there ... :-) It is also a special surprise that You speak german. Not too many british do that. Thanks!
What an amazing sound from those organs, especially the gong, I bet it made your ears ring though, really looking forward to the nutcracker suite, if it's anything like the planet suite, it will be awesome.
What a glorious sound. I wished I could sit on that organ and put it through it's paces. As a classically trained organist, this organist is absolutely fantastic!
It was quite a trip! I really liked Rochdale Town Hall, it is very, very beautiful and has a wonderful organ! And the organ (or four organs in one?) in St. Gallen, Switzerland, is not only wonderful, it is indescribable! Jonathan and Tom demonstrated this organ and its thunderous gong very well! Thank you for sharing your musical adventures with us! ❤❤🥰
Wonderful vlog; tamtam for ever!! I always listen through my hearing aids attached to You Tube so this was extra special . Thank you. Rochdale’s the best!!!
Wonderful vlog, as ever. 😊 Amazing instruments but Rochdale Town Hall will always be the best! How brilliant to see the workings behind the console! (It was a fabulous concert, too.)
Does someone know the titles of the songs played during this video? I'd especially appreciate knowing the first as it is beautiful! Thank you and God bless!
Thanks for the trains! I was at Rochdale and was blown away by both the venue and the organ. The concert wasn't bad either! The only thing with quadrophonic sound is stray away from the centre and the balance goes awry, so I'd be interested to know what the balance was like from the sides. You guys always seem so happy in what you do, and it is a privilege to be able to share some of that happiness through these vlogs. See you soon!
Well that was fun!! How wonderful the Rochdale Town Hall looks now & the Binns organ sounds magnificent! It was so lovely to hear Jonathan playing it again! What an incredible quadrophonic organ you found! It was difficult to choose 1, I think I liked the overall effect of the organ in it's entirety. Tom, you are a glutton for punishment!! As usual your vlog gave us a lot to marvel at along with plenty of giggles, wonderful!! xx
Thank you my Dear Brothers for being always near us. The organ: Rochdale Jonathan, the suit very elegant but you are for black or navy blue. The German accent quite good. ❣❣ All the very best to you both
(Laughing/Lachend) Es ist nur Orchesterstücke" Did I get it right?
Is the humidification system in the Binns organ a recent addition? England used to be damp! Nice that the machine produces a creamy residue. Mixed with the sweet notes Jonathan plays, it must result in a tray of toffee at the end of each concert. Where do I order?

What an amazing experience, the gong and cymbals really made it too. What a nice town..

"Is that your luggage?" made me laugh so hard, loved the sound of the organ at Rochdale Town Hall.
Ditto everybody else. But you made me laugh out loud by repeatedly stopping the music each time a locked door was tugged on. LOVE your humorous approach to everything.

We were at the Rochdale town hall concert. What a building! What an organ! Thank you, both, for all you do to build music in the Manchester area.
Eine sehr interessante Orgel.
Auch mal wieder ein sehr schönes Video.
👍👍👍
Another excellent Vlog...and oh that gong, Wow! Thanks Jonathan & Tom!
The building is the instrument.
I liked all 4 👍🏻 thanks guys
Vocês são sempre incríveis. Divertido o vídeo. Salas, igrejas e órgãos magníficos. Obrigada por mais um vídeo. 🙋🏻♀️🎶👍
2:58 perfect surface area for trundling 😁 brilliant.
Jonathan's new suit looked like my school uniform when I was at High School in the 1970s. That was some gong!
Wow this reminds me of my quadrophonic stereo system that I had really fantastic sound ! ❤
Wuuuuaaaaaaauuuuuu!!!!!!

Wow.. Fantastic organs! Thanks for sharing and the beautiful music!
Fabulous big boys' toys!!!
Great views and music!
I enjoyed that immensely and I do understand the pre-concert pacing.
We are starved of organ recitals in South Africa. What a joy it is then to watch your vlogs.
Dear Jonathan, we have been on Your concert, and highly enjoyed it. Thank You very much. We - me and my wife - are both hoping, we can see and here You again in St Gallen. Love the quad organ! Wish I was there to hear the 1812 complete with the giant gong! 👏👏👏👏
Amazing organs! Wonderful to hear you play as always Jonathan!

Wonderful vlog, as ever. 😊 Amazing instruments but Rochdale Town Hall will always be the best! How brilliant to see the workings behind the console! (It was a fabulous concert, too.)

You had me at the Tam Tam Gong! I Loved this your latest travel vlog! My best regards to you both, Will Ortiz

Can you please play the Minuet by Luigi Boccherini and the Nocturne in E flat major, Op. 9 No. 2 by Frédéric Chopin on the Passau cathedral organ?
Another great vlog! I was at the Rochdale Town Hall concert - a great hall and organ and fabulous concert. See you both at the Bridgewater soon.
Well that was fun!! How wonderful the Rochdale Town Hall looks now & the Binns organ sounds magnificent! It was so lovely to hear Jonathan playing it again! Thank you my Dear Brothers for being always near us.
The organ: Rochdale
Jonathan, the suit very elegant but you are for black or navy blue.
The German accent quite good.
❣❣ All the very best to you both
You should check out Wannamaker's in Philadelphia! It's such a great organCOME TO AMERICAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
6:21 Mesicku na nebi hlubokem❤
..........but I always listen with headphones.
The Wanamaker also has a large gong. This sounded amazing.
The big gong in the Wanamaker organ is much, much larger. It's really too big to be useful.
Did I get it right?
Yup, exactly what he said.
forgot to add, impeccableTom's gray cardigan !
9:50 Those are some very fancy cymbals. Zildjian's K Constantinople line is as good as mass-produced cymbals get.

How many concerts does Jonathan give a year?
Splendid though Switzerland was, Rochdale was more impressive.
A quaradaphonic organ is loudest because it has different colours of pipes Jonathan and Tom
