i didnt know pandan 1eaves can be used in curry...here in ma1aysia we used them in sweet dishes...however i start using pandan 1eaves in my curry n it taste beautifu1..a1so its very aromatic un1ike my previous curry dish...thank you for the tips n now it has become my secret to a de1icious curry

I remember my childhood. My grandmother used to make it when I was a child. We used to use green cashews. There are plenty of cashews this year.lots of love from Kerala ❤️.lovely children.
We also cook green cashews. When we were small we used to eat the nuts from green cashews without our mother's knowlege who prohibited us from eating green cashew nuts because she believed they caused stomach aches and vomiting in children. And we even ate the cashew bulb, the fruit. We used to cut the bulb into small pieces mix it with salt and chilli powder and eat. Good old days
