Chinese Beef with Peppers

In this video I make a classic take-out stye beef with peppers. Whereas the typical take-out is heavy on the veggies and light on the beef, this recipe is the opposite. Total cost was about $20 to make but it has a lot of beef in it! It is delicious and really nails the taste - the key is the tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper in the sauce.
