Y don’t you just strip the fry off the female cichlids that are packing.. you can do it early and put the eggs in an egg popper or wait until day 12 and they will be mostly fry with an egg sack in the middle but they will live fine.. it’s lots easier in the females not to have to pack and starve for so long.. plus with multiple females spitting babies in the same tank they get so hungry odds are they will eat the babies before you get them out

@@jebVlogs556 I strip my females all of the time it’s no big deal just have to be gentile don’t squeeze her just open her mouth hold her loosely in your hands and kinda dunk her in and out the water a few times..maybe add some stress coat to the tank after to help her slime coat

Why don't you catch some snakeheads and filet them for your fish...it's a win win...help lower the population and free food for your fish...if you're worried about parasites just freeze for 30-90 days and you're golden
