Hi!b rother~thanks, you made insane 😲
Hey, thanks. Which of these models did you like the most?
Damn,those are some gorgeous machinery
They are! Which of these did you like the most?
I'm having troubles getting the different lineups from each brand depending on the area have you ever heard of Yamaha aerox 155 or mio 125 or maybe hybrid zr, nmax 155, Suzuki access 125 ?
nmax is just great bike.recomended
The area I live in is called the tricity and i love the look of the tricity.
That's interesting to hear! How did you like this lineup?
@@automotiveterritory It was amazing.
All look good Tmax OK But having owned the Burgman for some time it has to be my favourite
It's a nice option for sure!
@@automotiveterritory nice option for sure but comparing to Tmax ????i dont think so at all :P
Love my little forza 😍
Glad to hear that! How much did you get it for?
The advantage of scooters used to be to carry a spare wheel that could be easily changed. These, though very lovely, are more motorbikes with the petrol tank moved.
I agree with second part, but I can only remember Vespa with spare wheel. Maybe I am missing something. Nowadays, well not only nowadays, but for several years now scooters became safer and more reliable 2 wheel machines then ever before in their long history. Now when I sit on 50cc or old Vespa with small tires I just don't feel safe like when I sit on bigger one like X-Max or similar scooters. Yes, I don't like their price, they cost more then car, I guess with all those improvement (ABS, heating handlebars, heating sit, bigger wheels...) price goes up... I remember my first bigger scooter was Aprilia Leonardo 250cc (new with all taxes cost me 4.000€), then Yamaha X-Max 250cc was 5.000€, today new Yamaha X-Max 300cc cost around 6500€...there are lot of improvement, plus inflation, but somehow it's hard to comprehend that much difference in the price.
The 3 wheeled scooter bikes are the way to go, with most manufacturers offering them.
They are much more stable. And being able to stay upright when stopped, takes away any danger of them falling over.
Which can happen to most experienced rider....
Love my Tricity 125 I bought in 2016 . Now have over 19800 km on her. Great cheap practical runabout. I sold my ute as couldn't justify the running costs. Tricity does this old bird and yes I looked hard at all small scoots, reliability and price sealed the deal for me.
They made the yamaha zuma even more.... striking 🤣 i didn't expect that.
Is it a positive thing?
@@automotiveterritory NO. He is being facetious. I concur.
@@automotiveterritory sry i never saw your question. I don't know if it's a bad thing. It certainly generates talk. Makes the zuma more of a meme. I guess some people like the look of it. But most people i know, look at it, then they try to make the same facial expression as the bike does, then they crack up in laughter and starts talking about how it rides. It should be a pretty good ride. But the looks are highly debatable haha. But then again, it's always had a special, utilitaristic look to it. Sometimes, in a beauty contest, the only way to stand out is to do the opposite of everyone else.
I was just really expecting them to roll back the extreme looking design a bit. But yamaha didn't agree haha. They made it even more unique.
Good things looks are subjective. Otherwise we'd all be waiting for paris hilton or beyonce to become single, and we'd die out as a species pretty fast hehe
Petrol maxi-scooters are very convenient and user-friendly, but check out the cost of servicing and repairs before you buy. It can be significantly higher than a conventional motorcycle due to the extra labour time required to remove and reinstall body panels. Replacing transmission drive-belts can be particularly time consuming and expensive on some models, with surprisingly short service intervals (6000km is typical).
Unless you have considerable expertise and a well equipped workshop, don’t imagine you will be doing all your own maintenance either. Many seemingly straightforward jobs can be really awkward and require special tools.
I like them a lot, but do not imagine they are a cheaper alternative to conventional motorcycles.
What kind of a bike would you suggest as an alternative to a maxi scooter?
Drive belts last 16000- 20000 km on my Yamaha Scoot. Oil @ 6000!!! I think your a bit confused
My Burgman 400 has only ever gotten 60 mpg when I calculate at the pump. I have put on over 8000 miles, and it remains at that. Oddly, the built in dash calculator Always shows over 70 mpg. I will assume the built in mpg calculator is engineered incorrectly.
Burgman design looks like something from ten years ago
What do you think they should have done differently?
@@automotiveterritory The headlight is what TMAX had in 2008, and the console around the key area looks bloated like a 1980's volvo. Overall it just looks very bloated.
You are generous it's the same from ,2004 it's looking depressing
I own the new Burgman and I think it looks sleek and elegant. I would like to see the lcd screen changed so that it can give road directions + a slightly bigger engine and and the under storage compartment increased to 50ltr, but it is the most comfortable scooter out there and the only one that tall people can actually use
Too bad in my country, any scooter bike above 150cc is damn expensive. The Honda X ADV alone selling like 50k++ in my country 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
50k? What currency is that, may I ask?
not only at your country, here the 125cc is expensive too.the new nmax costing 3800 euros
the HONDA X ADV should be launched in India . . . it's rugged specifications is best suited for Indian conditions . . . but it has to be priced no more than €8,200 plus registration & insurance . . .
Do you think it will sell well in that market?
@@automotiveterritory yes it will if it can be priced right . . . besides India has one of the world's largest two wheeler market . . . the price can be reduced if the scooter is either built in India or if it is assembled in India . . .
Too bad Yamaha hired a designer with impaired vision on that Zuma 125. What a disaster.
What do you think they should have done differently?
@@automotiveterritory Well for starters, to move AWAY from that offensive, clunky non-aerodynamic, boxey, harsh design. An easy inspiration is the path that Honda has taken in their ADV effort. I mean, I get that they might be trying to tap into the rugged, no-nonsense, non-boujee angle, sure - but then think more along the lines of a "steam-punk" esthetic for God's sake. That monstrosity looks like something concocted by some misguided 1970's utilitarian art-school dropout.
Those are some nice points you've made
NEW BIKES IN U.S.A ???? I DID FOUND SOME REPLICA VINTAGE BIKS.
Bikes? Did you mean scooters?
For the upcoming 2022 model year Japanese scooter manufacturers have announced some updates. Which of these models do you find to be the most exciting?
Absolutely the adv350. Very interesting concept. I'd love to try one and see how it works for my needs
Hope you get a chance to test ride it soon.
NOTHING BUT HONDA!
atm Yamaha is way better than Honda.at least at europe honda maybe is the worst brand.people starting to trust chinese and korean brands more than honda.the service its a mess, not need to mention that you have to wait 3 months for a part.
bye bye honda and welcome Yamaha :)
Forza😍
is it your favorite option in the class?
Honda x Adv 750 👍👍👍
Is it your favorite of them all?
@@automotiveterritory my second engine x adv 750
But I want electric
A video about electric scooters?
You’re wrong the Japanese will always rule
HONDA FORZA 125CC
Is it your favorite option in the class?
@@automotiveterritory Yes
best scooter of the 2022 is the Zontes 350D
thank me later
Do you own this model?
@@automotiveterritory no,planning to sell my xmax for that.some friends have the 310m and told me that for 4400 euros is the best choice.the 350d is even better
The bigger scooters look stunning, an are more like motorbikes now, with hardly any "step thro". So they won't suit every one...
I hate commercials .
Yamaha Tmax.
Bought brand new for 1,500,000 Yen.
Sounded like a broken two-stroke being raped by a poorly maintained washing machine.
Took it back and the dealer manager offered me half of what I had paid a week earlier.
Now, after three years of sitting in the garage with a cover on it, started every two or three months just to run the engine, it no longer starts.
That is 15,000 USD or about 11,000 GBP
Quote "Kept Famed Reliability"
You lost all credibility at the 20 second point.
I have never been so disappointed in a Japanese product in all my life.
wow that sucks....i feel for you
Honda Forza 350
Is it your favorite of them all?
Yes, I know they are expensive, but I'll still stick with a Vespa GTS 300.
Very commercial.... Sorry.
There's Asian commentary's 😂 5ghurt lorisingsunshiners yo homie iam sorry iam American Yamaha 😂.
What kind of commentary?
Lol TG Japan scooter okay ty
Gett your data right ja All scooter aren't made in China or Japan ok fact.
I have a t-max and they are to slow and use alot off fuel, waste of money,a old honda sh300cc scooter will win in a sprint against the t-max.
Look i like the t-max bud it,s not that good.
