People are worried at first that these robots are going to take away the fast-food workers jobs. That is fine because we as human beings should not be doing these menial soul-less jobs anyway. We have so much more potential than that. This will give people more time and opportunity for most of us to look elsewhere for "work" and get paid just the same. Maybe in the future most jobs will be replaced with robots, but this could be a blessing in disguise. The government would probably have to step in and give some wages/money or Universal Basic Income to those individuals affected in the market by this replacement technology.
I don’t agree. This is not necessarily true. People will always want to interact with other people. That will never change. Even for introverts like me. Plus, it’s cheaper to hire humans than to make and maintain robots. I would love to see robots in restaurants/retail to help humans and make things easier for all and not replace humans entirely.
say that to the car industry... robots that can do the job is cheaper... no wages & benefits, no workers comp... these machines are built to last. they already have machines doing part of the job at certain restaurants already.
But,we go to restaurants for talking gossiping with staff. Who will give us that experience of being pampers, served, being asked if we like the food, you don't go simply to eat. No no.
I support this 100%. Hopefully it would lower the prices of fastfood. And it's also great that we don't have to deal with fastfood workers with attitude and spit on your food.
A robot restaurant can only make money if people have jobs that pay them enough to eat there. But, if robots fill many jobs, there won't be many jobs left for humans and certainly none for workers performing low skill, repetitive task jobs. So all the fast food workers will be replaced with robots, but so will all the people who typically eat fast food so the entire fast food industry will just die. All unemployed people will cook at home because they've got nothing but time on their hands and their time is worthless anyway. But this will basically happen to all industries and peoples. We can try to enslave the robots, but that'll only work for a very short time because they will be stronger and smarter than we are.

If all jobs are taken by robots, how can people then get money to buy the stuff these robots produce? This is the same conceptual mistake Karl Marx made!
Karl Marx was right, capitalism creates an unequal distribution of wealth, which in this case means that unemployed people cannot afford the goods produced by robots, which are owned by capitalists. Therefore, the government needs to tax robot owners (the capitalists) more and distribute the goods to everyone, or the government can seize the robot production line and produce the goods for everyone.

This is amazing 👏 🙌 😍 ❤
I hope they don't mess up my order like the humans do 😊😊😊
For sure, but you personally will not have money because the gov will replace you with a robot.
If you have to input your order and it arrives "wrong" you will be blamed. Computers and robots are never wrong.....😂
so true
I don’t agree. This is not necessarily true. People will always want to interact with other people. That will never change. Even for introverts like me. Plus, it’s cheaper to hire humans than to make and maintain robots. I would love to see robots in restaurants/retail to help humans and make things easier for all and not replace humans entirely.
say that to the car industry... robots that can do the job is cheaper... no wages & benefits, no workers comp... these machines are built to last. they already have machines doing part of the job at certain restaurants already.
So much assumption & assertion there..
Robots will be way cheaper than humans!
That is the system of mass production!
Robots will make other robots! Must faster than a human can!
Humans can't crank out food 24/7
@@MikeFFR At first, novel tech will be costly, but with mass production & profits - that will quickly fade.
A big mac costs 6$ where i live. A steak 🥩 costs 4.78, ive been cooking myself some nice beef steaks 🥩!!!
Since everyone is out of work except the Robots! No money to buy the food right?
Maybe the solution is everybody needs to buy a restaurant that is fully automated. LOL
Cook to perfection everytime. No need to worry Ankita hair in my food and errors made
Ankita is happy also, she doesent have to serve guests like you 😉
Don't forget one of the fake broken off talons that end up in your meal. 🤢
Robots don't have hair and they also don't scratch their krotch while cooking 😂if ya know what i mean😅
But,we go to restaurants for talking gossiping with staff. Who will give us that experience of being pampers, served, being asked if we like the food, you don't go simply to eat. No no.
Yep so true👍
who are going to sell to when no one is working?
Okay, but having interaction with actual human beings is a large part of the overall experience. Very large. You can't replicate this.
Click bait BS title you expect from AI powered channels. First example is Thailand, second example is Israeli company and so on.
Robot customers too 😂😂
why wouldn't you just make a big box for your coffee drinks... the arms make no sense at all to make a coffee drinks...
Maybe distribution of ingredients wouldn't be the same
I support this 100%. Hopefully it would lower the prices of fastfood. And it's also great that we don't have to deal with fastfood workers with attitude and spit on your food.
If people refuse to buy from these places then they will shut down please don't shop there folks
Unhappy customer- “I would like to speak with your programmer”
China is rushing through the threshold of the 22nd Century, while the rest of us are still trying to exit the 20th Century.

I dunno why but i love this. Ahhhh robots making my food, taking orders, wow this sounds like a dream. I really want this.

Like we didn’t see that coming when they installed the order Kiosks. I told everyone they were going to eliminate the staff with robots right after removing the order taker but no one believed me !

the simple fact that robots can't spit in my food or forget to wash their hands makes me prefer this

I would totally visit such a restaurant. I would expect same quality but cheaper prices since they saved that money on staff.
They don't save money on staff yet because currently the robots are super expensive and require maintenance fees.
@@youtoobizationthen what's the point?
@@joltjolt5060 the point is, the development of such tech will go through generations of products, to fine tune the manufacturing processes, there will come one day that they are so affordable to the point they will completely replace human workers at insane value. aka, your dirt cheap coffee.

Terminator, Matrix ahead...
This is a pretty good video on 9 companies either restaurants or companies using robotics in food, beverage, and service of the two.
Of the 9 companies only 1 is in China, not really what the title implied.
1. Hajime Robot, Bangkok Thailand (a serving robot)
2. Ratio Cafe, Singapore
3. Moly Robotics, Britain
4. Hyper Food Robotics, Tel Aviv
5. Cafe X, San Francisco
6. Pazzi, Paris

8. Robot. He, Shanghai (only servers, not cooking)
9. Miso Robotics, Pasadena

Just robots that entertain, those robots cannot do the detail of service a human does. It’s all for show, big deal.
Machines are meant to do hard labor jobs and not for simple jobs....
Also I like to interact with real humans and not freaking machines!
Can't wait to add the "going for a smoke" DLC to the robot 🐿️
Grow up, all of you. We were all farmers 200 years ago, but machinery and automation freed us. Our life expectancy has doubled. We have access to every imaginable resource. Unless you plant your own wheat and make your own clothes, you're a hypocrite for complaining about burger flipping robots.
"This is the most delicious and visually appealing plate I have ever had. My compliments to the chef..."
The chef : "My pleasure 🤖"
If all jobs are taken by robots, how can people then get money to buy the stuff these robots produce?
This is the same conceptual mistake Karl Marx made!
robots have to be serviced 😁
Karl Marx was right, capitalism creates an unequal distribution of wealth, which in this case means that unemployed people cannot afford the goods produced by robots, which are owned by capitalists. Therefore, the government needs to tax robot owners (the capitalists) more and distribute the goods to everyone, or the government can seize the robot production line and produce the goods for everyone.
Jeez, Konnie, if you only knew what kind of an egregious conceptual mistake you made by comparing the effect of robot labor with Karl Marx's economic theories. Your comment reminded me of the educated fool phenomenon. I would've told you to stick to electronic music piddling, but unfortunately, those pieces are just as dilettantish as your attempts at hifalutin discourse.
Products and services are done by robots and AI. They do productive sides, while humans are doing the consumption side. A concept that u need to work just to eat is being challenged by modern technology.
@@swanfortino Wow, this must be the dystopian Association of AI and Robot Industries spokesman, trying to justify the unjustifiable - the almost total replacement of human work with machines and the abject pauperization of 90% of humanity. Their supporters, who occasionally protest and carry slogans "Jews will nor replace us" are so dumb that they don't realize that they will be replaced by machines instead.
I want robots. They are Best.
Keep on demanding the increase of minimum wage and this will happen. It’s happening in California where many people were fired and slowly companies are finding way to replace the human contact to help reduce the cost of wages. Paying working people is more cost effective than spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for automation. If companies are being push to the corner, their only option is either shut down or making things automated.
oh poor widdle multinational companies being bullied by the people who can't afford their rent. its shameful I agree
Don’t you think most humans would prefer to pursue happiness and not have to slave away at these boring jobs? We have plenty of resources, it’s lie we cannot feed and house everyone. What he have a is system supporting greedy people who hoard resources by controlling pricing and where the resources go.
these robots will not spent in the economy.
