Hello, the blade is fine (in fact it was bought whole not as separate parts), it cuts like butter and there are no problems with the bearing, it rolls nicely :) btw, it was bought from groovy game gear at a very reasonable price (so reasonable that it was cheaper to buy it and ship to England than buy one in Britain).
I think what you need is instructions not a video. I'll try and post my design. Effectively all you really need is some breadboard and LED's - I used 12v ones to avoid having to wire in resisters so it's very simple.
Not quite, visit my blog (negnegneg.blogspot.co.uk/2013_01_01_archive.html) and you'll see it's almost there. I didn't video the spraying and I've been away for a few months. Next video will be either configuring the software or creating the control panel/wiring. At some point :)

Please make a video on RGB LED illumination for trackball i dont want to pay for one.
