@@Criglet7 absolutely Eternity is one of those fragrances that always smells nice. One of my child hood friends still rock some oldies. He still wears Eternity, Fahrenheit and cool water. When I told him that Steven and Carlos did a video on Eternity he said " see I'm still in style lol."
It’s still good... Got me laid in my 20s compared with other colognes, never told the ladies what it was.
Escape - for men. Now thats a classic from the 90's

This and Fahrenheit were my first bottle purchase when I started my love affair with fragrances. I can’t recall how many bottles I’ve finished since my college days. I still own a bottle but haven’t used it in a long while. But I do use the after shave splash on on this. Love the nostalgia it brings to this day.

This is one that my Dad wore when he first met me and my mom. It’s a great one! I actually like it a lot! I’m 32 now and I was 10 and I smelled it then haha. Now I wear it! 😊

One of my favorite classics. Use it occasionally, has a soapy quality I enjoy. Totally agree, very easy to over apply. Less is more. 👍🏻

CK and Polo colognes were all I used to wear during my teens. I never had someone tell me I smelled bad or synthetic. I had like 4 different 50ml bottles for $100 a fresh, dark, sweet and a formal one. Great starter/fundamental scents.

Fellow Greek here, Steven. Thanks for this sincere review. I believe I'm quite older than you and remember when Eternity for Men was released. One of the most brilliant marketing campaigns ever for any fragrance. I still enjoy this juice today. I think it's a great casual cologne (even though it's never been marketed that way.) Also, one of the most influential colognes ever -- whether one thinks it's been positive or negative is open to debate. Finally, we sure do have a late Easter (Anastasi) this year.

This has a similar fragrance DNA as Chanel Egoist Platinum. For that reason, I love CK - Eternity for Men. This thing is beast! I get +7 Hours of longevity for just the EDT version. I just started wearing this bad boy. Funny. It is more of a nice hunk type of scent for me. It is nice for dates and events but not so much for clubs because it just projects so nice that I do not want the dry down to be smelling oceanic. JPG - Ultra Male takes care of that though. Any who, I give this a 8.5 out of 10 for its excellent scent bubble and aroma.

Been using it since about a 6th-grade couple of others but I found this to be the best and my go-to, great smell and is not too heavy of a smell. I haven't been to school in 2 years so goes to show it's been about 9 years, really enjoying the prada luna rossa as well more just a personal favourite though.
Eternity is a Classic. This was one of my fragrances back in high school along with Drakkar and Fahrenheit. I used to love men's fragrances when I was younger. All of these fragrances are real Beast in sillage and longevity.

Wow, I can’t believe Carlos didn’t like this cologne. It’s one of the best colognes from the early 90’s , same with drakkar and curves, and others to mention ..

My ex-highschool sweetheart bought me a bottle years later because it reminded her of what I smelled like when we went to high school together. I’m new to the Frag World, and just tried this in the store. Very Impressed, smells better than Aqua Di Gio and rivals YSL Y! Love how natural and non-synthetic it smells.

Well Steven the only thing I have to say about Calvin Klein Eternity is that it's one of the most classic cologne of all time. Carlos surprised me when he said he never owned a bottle. Wow!

I recently received a sample of Rush of Unicorns and I actually equate it A LOT to the profile and family of Eternity. That was my very first instantaneous impression. I would actually go so far as to say, if you like Eternity, you'd like Rush of Unicorns as the slightly more refined, more natural, and higher quality version of that impression. It's a slightly less synthetic "sweet" slightly more musty version of this "department store cologne" smell that Eternity gives off. The "musty" part is where the comparison is drawn to Sean Jean Unforgivable, and I definitely see some of that as well; but, I having worn all three simultaneously and comparing from opening to dry-down, I say Rush of Unicorns primarily a higher-end less-sweet Eternity mixed with a splash of Unforgivable's musty note (that in Unforgivable, after drydown, actually comes off completely like a cardboard note, as odd as that sounds).

Thanks for the review, its really an acquired taste. .I was going to buy this last week, but I was offered one of the summer flankers that was on discount(more or less $25 converted) and Tommy Hilfiger summer flanker as well. I chose them mostly because its quite hot here in our country. Maybe I'll get Eternity Air or Aqua (or both 😁 ) next month. The Eternity for men that you find in stores now doesn't have the same scent that I remember from the 90s. Has anyone else noticed?
Was my first fragrance and I loved it. Still do. Also escape and obsession. They are not in my top ten anymore as I’ve expanded greatly since but still think of eternity fondly

I never really thought too much of this, I don't dislike it though. Tried the new EDP last week and thought it smelled fantastic, I mean, not in a superbly unique way but it's just very well done, an aromatic fresh green classic with a modern twist to make it more relevant. A strong new CK release.

I bought aqua I didn't like it. Eternity the original I like though
I get a lot of 🍋 lemon. A lot. Also very sharp, crisp, and there's a fizziness to this to also in the air, almost comes off as sparkly, over a smooth creamy woods. This stuff is great. I'll always own Eternity.
Great review and I used to wear this quite a bit back in the day. It’s sad but some of these oldies no longer give me that nostalgic vibes that they used to.

Like most the other comments, I to love CK Eternity. It was my second fragrance purchased. It used to last all day and through the night, but not the newest formulation. A few hours tops. That’s why I’m ordering the new Alexandria Fragrances Acqua Immortale. I’m shaking my head at you Carlos

The milestone of modern mans perfumery ( IMHO) - I love Herrera and Paco EX from 1991 and 1993 little more, but this is still very good daily driver , already a classic.
i just bought eternity anybody considering buying ck one should not eternity is literally the best fragrance i have ever smelled ots fresh its aromatic its. just out of this world everyone should atleast try eternity once in there life
My most complimented perfume, even though I had what I thought were better (niche, chanel, dior, etc.). It just works with my chemistry.
I've gotta say, I really like this one...again. I had it back when it was new. My girlfriend at the time had the women's. Man, what a trip back in time. It's like I'm back in my old 83 Subaru GL listening to the Cure's Disintegration on the tape deck again. I just picked up a 200ml today. I had fragrance allergies for decades, so these old-school scents were my least favorite due to the olfactory memories. However, I now love, love, love the classics powerhouse mossy-spicy colognes like Antaeus, Drakkar Noir, etc. Although I own a bottle of Eternity, I cannot stand it - really hate the smell as it almost makes me gag. C'est la vie. However, when I got into fragrances in the early 2010s, I bought a bottle of Eternity Aqua, which smelled quite nice and is a very different scent. Although my tastes have certainly changed over the years, I will like Aqua Eternity and even Mont Blanc Legend, which were two of the first three fragrances I purchased...with the other one being Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme.
You know, it wasn't until recently that I realized D&G Pour Homme and Eternity were similar type scents. However, the folks at D&G did everything right with Pour Homme whereas they did everything wrong with Eternity. Just my opinion! Regardless, many props to Eternity because it sold butt-load back in the day and is a classic for that reason alone. Cheers!

I have worn eternity all my life and I'm 42 now. It's part of me now. I like that I can't really smell it and it's not over powering. Also use the deodorant, sometimes that's all I need.

Alexandria just released their “clone” of Eternity’s original formulation. I can’t remember the name they are using off the top of my head, but a classic indeed.

I have this as a mini it came with set of other mini Calvin klein fragrances. I like it but I keep them my locker at work in case I feel myself working so hard I need to freshen up. It's my favorite of the collection. Got it as a Christmas gift a few years back

I have never been a big fan of this one. It just didn't do anything for me. But others around me LOVE it. Same goes for Aqua Di Gio or Coolwater, I never cared for them, but they are top sellers..so, clearly, they must be good. Just not for my nose. Thank you for the updated review.

Reminds me of a barbershop 💈 feel because of the lavender note but I do really enjoy it during spring time especially and my dad uses it as well so overall a really great scent for spring and summer and great video Steven as always 👍

A friend of mine gave me a 3.4 oz bottle of Eternity eau de toilette as a Christmas gift in 2007 and I still have half of it, reason why is because I'm not a big fan of it, the opening is so strong that it burns my nose, I got smarter so now if I use it I spray just a few drops behind my neck and one small spray on one of my wrists, then I tap my other wrist without rubbing them forming an X and I walk out the house for a couple of minutes so it dries fast, after it settles it smells much better but still not my type, every skin is different so this one might be better for someone else, the good news is that if you like this one it will last forever because it is strong, a few drops and you are good to go.

This used to be my signature scent in the late 90's and 2000's. Unfortunately, it's been reformulated to a shell of it's former glory therefore I just can't get myself to buy another bottle remembering how good it's earlier formulations were in comparison. Funnily enough, a couple of years ago when I was on holiday overseas I also dropped and broke my last bottle, only I never replaced it.

Another great video! I remember your story about your honeymoon and a certain fragrance always reminds you of that. Do you have any other stories about a fragrance bringing back memories of a journey? In my early teens I got a ferry from the UK to France and purchased JPG Le Male. My first ever Fragrance. Every time I smell it, it reminds me of that holiday and France in general. ☺

@@kwekuacquah6006 5-6 hours per se, depending on the use and volume used. also along with skin type. It lasts 5 hours and then the scent weakens afterwards for me. But I carry travel sprays/refillable tiny bottles.

Just got another 3.4 ounce of this. Smells great at first, then is GONE within 20 minutes. In fact, Ive never owned a cologne that lasted more than an hour. Don't understand where people are getting all these multiple hours of longevity from?

I say this with respect, however Calvin Klein's fragrances were relevant in the 80s and 90s, however afterwards, they really just went downhill, much like the brand. Calvin Klein originally was a really good luxury brand but I find their quality and standards have really lowered. Eternity in my opinion is the only relatively good fragrance by CK, but again, it's a considerably old one. I had a bottle and someone stole it. I passed on replacing it. I would encourage those looking to purchase a new fragrance to save their money and skip on purchasing older, less expensive ones and rather get a newer more upscale one. Just my thoughts.
