    This weeks video is about the 4 most effective barbell exercises which helped me go from a little pancake to a quite fluffier pancake hehe
    The 4 magical exercises are:
    Sumo/conventinal deadlift
    Romanian deadlift
    Reverse lunges
    Hip thrust
    Glute-dominant back extension
    4 sets of 8-10 reps depending on the weight
    The past 2 weeks have been extremely challenging for me , hence why the videos are more short form and not micd up and with my period approaching in a couple of days I have been feeling unbelievably weak so took it very light the past week and focused on recovering my shin from the incident as well as allowing my body to be on a little wind down before I start my pereiod.
    In the next video I want us to have a little girly chat just you and I hehe.
