10-15k a month with medicare health insurance sales. i love seeing my people do great. if sales is for you and your ready to jump into 150k to 200k yearly consistently, MEDICARE HEALTH INSURANCE SALES is the way to go. GReat Vid.

Hi, are you an independent sales agent? I did Medicare sales with Humana for 5 years, and the highest sales agent was making 5000 in commissions.
@@mirandan170 yes independent with a resident license in missouri and non resident license in 27 other states representing humana, United healthcare, anthem, devoted, cigna, aetna, wellcare and many more.

What's something you wish you knew before taking the course careers class and jumping into sales?
Thank you so much for watching. I think it's important to really map out where you want to go within the industry. I started with the mindset of I'm just going to get in and figure it out from there. I wish I'd planned it out a little better. I love that you are exploring other sales roles. People will have you thinking the AE role is where it's at but there are also 6 figure CSMs, SEs and AMs. Be open to exploring them all to see what the best fit is for you. That's what I plan to do. 💜

That's wassup! Keep killin it. I'm very slightly considering going into tech sales eventually. Don't have any sales experience but I have a year and a half of IT experience under my belt so far. Network Engineer. $125k. I keep hearing tech sales will get you to like $300k if you work hard. I like it.

I'm here now and I still have days where I can feel fear trying to creep in but I push on through it for the mission. So punch fear in the face and keep going. 💜💪🏾. You can totally do it.

😂😂😂 Sure. Great question. When I started they were in the middle of changing their commission structure so initially I was told 24 and 48 but it changed so now I get more. Yay me...lol !! I got 77 appointments in June. Ramp was 15 so everything over 15 I got paid double. Thanks for watching. I appreciate you.

What're some tips on how to excel in this role?
Great question.
1. Never stop being a student. Learn everything you can thru books,classes,UA-cam and people.
2. Learn to not be "bothered" I can't stress this enough...you will get NOs, people will hang up on you...brush your shoulders off and keep it moving.
3. Keep a winning & positive attitude.
4. Don't give up...persistency is key.
5. Manage your time well and put systems in place to help you stay organized. Master every minute of the day. Everything goes on your calendar, notate everything..etc.
These are the 5 things that help me excel each day.

@Sab8190 It's a medium-sized company. We sell a lead generation product. Definitely do your research . You can find out just about everything you need to know about a company beforehand.

If the customer cancels/misses the meeting, do you still get the commission?
Great question. If the prospect no shows on the meeting, I do not get paid commission. I'll say that happens less than 5% of the time. If you do a good job selling the meeting they show up most of the time. Thanks for watching. 💜

How did you get the job
Once I took the course, I was able to get all of terminology down, they also teach you how get interviews so I took all that knowledge and started searching tech companies that were related to my background.
