This family for me is the heart of life. They love each other and the respect and happiness they share is a testament to how little we need to be happy. Love and family are so sacred. ❤❤❤

I’m a Siberian native, adopted as a baby and in the US currently! Even though I probably won’t be very use to the cold, I totally want to visit where I came from to understand my sakha roots! I’m part Slavic Russian too (which is why I look Asian and European at the same time???) and hope to experience both sides of my culture someday! Especially Yakutia! Thank you for your amazing videos! They make me the happiest girl!

I think it's a translation issue, in Russia we do not celebrate Christmas but we celebrate the new year. Christmas is January 7 and it's purely a religious holiday. Probably religious people go to church and visit but there are too many ethnicities of different religions in Russia to generalise

Christmas is peagon but was nicked by Christianity. This religion has been spread far and wide. Alternatively they heard about it and just like it. I'm not religious but you don't have to be religious to enjoy it. If you don't enjoy it fair enough, a lot don't or many humans celebrate in different months for different reasons. :)

Sadly as a lay in bed watching this video it brings back memories in how we in the U.S. used to traditionally celebrate Christmas! Watching this reminds me of the earlier years when things were celebrated with the family and before Christmas true meaning was robbed by being commercialized with buying large expensive gifts that very few can really afford!

@@danrook5757 You have to shoot footage in the first place in order to chroma key it with a green screen. They're not magic sheets that make images out of nothing.
There are lots of security systems that have cameras capable of extreme cold. Technology has gotten very good, so there are lots of options nowadays, but the main issue with filming in the cold is the battery life. I wouldn't be surprised if they needed to insulate them, but we can see that there are lots of shots that they take, and inside it is probably much more comfortable to film. I'd love to see behind the scenes on how they film.

The majority of people I know do not celebrate with their actual family. They go to their friends or spouses houses for Christmas

Sadly as a lay in bed watching this video it brings back memories in how we in the U.S. used to traditionally celebrate Christmas! Watching this reminds me of the earlier years when things were celebrated with the family and before Christmas true meaning was robbed by being commercialized with buying large expensive gifts that very few can really afford!

@@danrook5757 You have to shoot footage in the first place in order to chroma key it with a green screen. They're not magic sheets that make images out of nothing.
There are lots of security systems that have cameras capable of extreme cold. Technology has gotten very good, so there are lots of options nowadays, but the main issue with filming in the cold is the battery life. I wouldn't be surprised if they needed to insulate them, but we can see that there are lots of shots that they take, and inside it is probably much more comfortable to film. I'd love to see behind the scenes on how they film.
