I absolutely love your longer form, less edited videos. I love putting them in the background while I'm doing my photographing and listing. I replay your 2023 Reselling Guide video all the time. 😅
In 2024, I'm just going to bite the bullet and start listing on eBay. I've been hesistant to list on eBay because of the horror stories I've heard, but eBay is too large a market to pass up.

I also hear negativity about eBay. About 14 yrs ago I did sell on eBay and it was the worst experience. Customers treating it like a negotiable garage sale. I then moved onto Etsy which back then was profitable and not overcrowded. I left due to moving quite a bit and other life needs. Recently Etsy has received bad press for withholding seller fees for a few weeks and although it's sorted out now many sellers have lost trust in Etsy. I'm going to start using Shopify's $5.00 a month starter plan and link that to other platforms/social media sites. I would love to hear how your experience goes if you start with eBay.

But yes-eBay is waaaaaay too big of a market to pass up. I think you’ll do great in 2024 with it!!!
@@agl5132 the hard thing with Shopify is bringing your audience to the platform. eBay’s audience is so big, but you’re right - eBay is tough.
@@beckyparkco Yes, I understand but I will be using the starter plan with linkpop that they offer and attaching it to social media. I've been in Europe the past 5 yrs and need to prepare for a move back to the States in 2024 at least on a part time basis. It'll help me hold inventory for pop ups etc. The inventory in Europe is amazing as so much cheaper. To purchase with some of the wholesalers I need a shop site. Poshmark was something I was looking to try but they opened in the UK, India and Australia after getting everyone excited and then abruptly pulled out of all those locations after only a few months. Very disturbing to many. I've been thrifting for 45+ years and am so happy to see so much opportunity available online. I've had a few request to pick certain items but don't think the international shipping would be worth it to me. Shipping my own inventory will be enough as I thrift in different countries.
Great video! I think your message about balance is SO important. I run a FT business that already pushes my limits PLUS my PT reselling business PLUS my YT channel and THEN figuring out how to prioritize myself and my family is a challenge. I can't wait to see your journey in 2024!

About at the 5 minute mark on the video timeline you said that when sending offers on Poshmark you have to attach a shipping discount. I believe that Poshmark discontinued that about a month ago, in April I believe. I read about it in one of my email notifications from Poshmark.

I have a question, when Posher VA relist does it change the listing # for List Perfectly? If the items sells, will LP be able to find and delist it? That's my biggest fear of using Posher VA. Thank you so much for the wonderful video and Happy Holidays to you and your family!!

I personally don’t use vendoo, but this is definitely possible on list perfectly 😀
I would of course watch whatever video you put out but I do know you’re very busy and it’s hard to film these weekly videos… maybe for 2024 you can do more of a monthly recap where you can talk about highs and lows and your total net profit etc so that it doesn’t take so long to catch up
PS. Can you please touch on/clarify why Posher VA is allowed since it seems bots are against PM policy? Confusing! Sometimes I wonder if the PM algorithm would catch on and downgrade me in the SEO. Not that I am paranoid 🤣 Thank you so much!
So I have been trying to make sure I have something for everyone. I’m noticing that big men’s and plus size women just aren’t selling for me. I’m actually stumped because a lot of sellers don’t offer new or new without tags in the big & plus sizes. Has anyone else ran into this problem?
