I love this. I really wish my mama and nanay taught me how to weave piña :( I’m a fashion designer now and I’m looking for a sustainable way of making clothes and I’m looking into barong and piña again. I love it. Those women are so amazing. Hope to meet them one day and work with them

Id there a way to make a leaf fiber longer without knotting it? The twisting a new fiber into an old one leaves a portion of the fiber that does not assimilate into the cord.
