Being a SAHM is such a blessing. My husband & I chose to do without car payments& fancy vacations so I could stay home and raise our children. I regret none of that. My only regret now is that we did not have more children! The newborn days are tough but they are priceless, those babies grow up too quickly ❤
We are learning that already! I am so thankful that this is an option for us.
Your love for your family and home is just so refreshing! These things are such a gift from God but all too often are not seen that way.
My husband and I decided before we even got married that if the Lord were to bless us with children it would be a priority for me to stay home with them. (We both had SAH moms and knew the value of haven’t our mom home.) He did bless us with a honeymoon baby and everyday I thank the Lord for this dream come true! 🥰

In my life, I've never been as happy as when I've been able to be home with my children. They're all almost grown and I feel this shift happening in my future. I will desperately miss being a full-time mom and will treasure the years I got to spend with them 24/7. So happy for you, your children, and your husband that you're able to be home with your kids and be a full-time mother and homemaker.

Oh I loved this video! I’m not a stay at home anymore, my children are all married but I am in the season of life where I can take things slow and enjoy my home. I stayed at home until my kids were a little older but worked as a Teacher’s Aid for 20 yrs after that in Special Needs. It was very rewarding, but I’m finding I’m really enjoying being in my home and homemaking again. You just put it in perspective for me😊 Many Blessings 💕
You're a sweetheart....I see both of your sisters in you but yet your own style shines through. If you don't mind sharing, how old are you? You def have an "old soul" vibe going on . As a Mom of 6 grown children and soon to be 18 grandchildren...I do admire the women of the younger generation who choose to be traditional rather than trendy. So much of what you said resonates with me, but in a slightly different way. I just retired this past year and I'm loving the slow pace of a life at home including many of the same activities as you. It's a true freedom and I don't miss going to work at all.

Enjoy each moment. It goes way too fast. And don't let anyone make you feel bad for staying home to raise your child. I experienced that with my four and wish I had more confidence to not let that bother me.

I went into motherhood about a year ago with this mindset, so excited to just be home with my little one and be a homemaker. But since he's been born I have a really hard time enjoying the everyday of motherhood. I would love if you would do a video on finding joy or enjoying motherhood ❤
the days can be long! everything changed for me when I started a new hobby and took it seriously! for me this was sewing!

I'm where you're at but my boys are grown and married. I decided to stop working because the anxiety and stress was making me sick. I prayed we could survive on one income and we have squeaked by. I LOVE being at home cooking and cleaning and organizing my home. I love your vids! ❤

I found your channel through your sisters pod cast where you talked about having a c section with your first baby and nothing going as plnnned. This really spoke to me our babies are about the same age and she is my first. I had the same type of situation happen and am now a sahm. I look forward to learning from your videos!

My husband got a new Job with a great pay and benefits and suggested that if I want I may be able to quit my job and focus on my children and myself, which I absolutely love the idea. But I have my doubts, I’ve always worked and just don’t know what to do. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
