Winslow is also noted for its railroad history. The famous hotel architect Mary Colter designed the LaPosada Hotel for the Santa Fe railway which has been beautifully restored. In the early years of cross country flying planes would fly during daylight, land at Winslow and passengers would transfer to a train to travel at night or stay at the hotel.

Home Town!
Been there many years ago. Had my picture taken with the Jackson Browne Statue! The town has grown so much since we were there but we had a ball!
I stood on the corner in 2019. It was a lot of fun.
