I can tell you your opinion of the frosted caramel nut is the opinion of 100% of the nespresso UA-camrs I’ve watched. They were all So excited for that pod and then, they tried it, and most of them are like it’s good but I don’t get the biscuits notes, or the almond etc.
Yeah I had SUCH great expectations for it cause it sounded so yummy lol - it was fine I just don’t think I would buy it again this holiday season if they offered it!

Thank you for your video. I tried the seasonal delights and it smells like cough syrup to me and tastes that way. I was getting so annoyed with it, but I called Nespresso and told them and asked for them to help me make it work, and after a bit of a hold I was told to add cream and honey. This really toned down that strong medicinal taste to be much more palatable. Still not worth purchasing, but if anyone already purchased this and is struggling like I was try the honey and cream 😉.

First try of the red I added hot milk. Didn’t read box to put cold milk. Anyway first cup I felt like I was drinking a potpourri bowl. Will be curious to now try with cold milk.
Ahhh not the potpourri bowl 😂 but yes, it definitely tastes like a peculiar blend of holiday-like spices! I’ve had it iced, and it toned down the spice a bit so that it’s more flexible, but generally I find this pod is more suitable for holiday drink recipes regardless 😅

So many have said the red ones taste like black licorice, which the thought of that grossed me out
I haven’t had black licorice in SO long but now that you said it, I can definitely see why people would say it tastes like that! I’ll say that it is definitely a spiceful, bold drink, and if you aren’t a fan of strong flavors like pumpkin spice, gingerbread, etc. You will likely not like this 🥴 definitely hard to mask even with flavored syrups as well!
@@lilizzy428I love Gingerbread, I have 2 sleeves of it now, but I hate Black Licorice, which is why I am now not sure if I'd like or hate that coffee :)
You guys abroad dont know how to drink coffee. Dont add sugar in your coffee. Use the last pod only with 3-4 cubes of ice and the sugar of tour taste and drink it. Its amazing
While abroad/going to different countries I’ve also found an appreciation for the different ways that people enjoy their coffee. I’m glad you have found a way you like to drink the new pods and thanks for sharing a recipe to try! 😁
