Well they may not be the highest or greatest prices, but small numbers add up. Not to mention bringing repeat customers to one place to get the things they need without having to buy huge lots.
I really do recommend investing in Barbie identification and resource books. They can be extremely helpful. There's even one that shows what shoes, socks, belts, etc. go with each set/ outfit (resource 1959-1972). AND they resell well.
