Really appreciate your videos they help so much. I’m a new reseller and it’s tough figuring out what people will buy. I did a little sourcing today and found a woolrich sweater, a 100% wool Anne Klein skirt, A Pendleton Fleece for women and a cropped Lou & Grey knit cardigan. I couldn’t believe my luck. A total of $24. 50 after my Veterans discount which our thrift store gives everyday. I think winter sells are going to be better for me hopefully fall as well. It’s been a rough start and I haven’t had a sell in 2 days but I’m not giving up I will continue to source and list.

Thanks for your informative videos. I have watched almost all of them. I'm wondering if many of the brands that you discuss are found in your area mostly. I reside in Central Florida and do not see most of the brands you discuss. Of course, Mother, Everlane and the popular ones I have seen but is it possible for you to see what is popular in the south where it stays pretty warm? Just wondering.
What's the best way to know if the clothing piece is vintage or not? Like for sweatshirts or Tshirts for example?
These are sales price, not list price, right? What would you list at?
Dixxon has a big cult following. I used to sell a good bit of them. If you find dixxons with no pleat in the back they're worth way more. The pleat is new and people aren't thrilled about it. Price varies widely by which one it is though. OG ones can be worth 100s and some new drops people didn't like can be as low as 30-40. If you keep up with the hype you can do online arbitrage w them but again just depends if their following likes the design or not
You mentioned vintage…would you pick up a faux fur coat? Do you see them selling? Depop-worthy?
You mentioned using stock photos. Is that allowed by Ebay? How do use them without getting into trouble?
How do you remember all the brands? You should create a pdf that we can purchase with all this information.

These are so helpful, even if I don’t find these brands, the labels of higher end look different and I was able to find a ba&sh dress bc the label was just different. I’m one month in (two sales first week and now it died and I list often and post many pics; and don’t get why Poshmark pulls up items I’m not searching for, like “sweater” and leggings and bras come up. How will buyers ever find our items??? Frustrating.
I’m curious what Rebekah would say to this. I’ve had a terrible time getting traction on my listings. Is it the time of year? Do I need to play the Poshmark share/follow/live sale game?
@@SarahClark-hf1ly me too, would love to get her take. I do play the sharing game. There are a few YT videos detailing why sharing your own closet is the most important, but we do have to do the “social media” aspect of sharing. You’re also supposed to list 3-5 times per day bc the algorithm will see you’re being very active and bump you up, or so my research has indicated after hours of reading and watching high earning sellers.

Do you find some colors that are harder to sell?
I have never ever seen these brands at the Bins here in Lost Wages never , ever so i dont understand why you keep talking about Dr Martins and Tory and others when they do not appear in most bins. Im not sure where your located but these brands just dont exsist. In over 8 months iv found 1 carthartt shirt a couple of Micheal Kors clothes which dont sell and the rest is JUNK that nobody wants. So please dont assume the bins are as good as yours because they arent. Not sure if the staff over here pick though the bins before sending it out on the floor but Loss Wages has got to be the worst bloody bins hauls around.

I found VUORI leggings at VV the other day for $5.79. First time ever. Unfortunately I found the reason they had not priced them up is because the stitching around the drawstring was all coming out. They were only a size small so I had to leave them. It hurt to do it!
