Illinois high school seniors blow principal away with bagpipe prank

In Peoria, Illinois, Richwoods High School seniors hired a bagpiper to follow the principal, Billy Robison, around the school. The bagpiper went with him everywhere. It was an innocent prank, worth every penny, enjoyed by all.
