💛Ingredients:
130 ml 10% cream (half and half)
1 tsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
230-250 g rhubarb (peeled) -sliced thinly
100 g butter (room temp)
200 g sugar +1 tbsp for sprinkling before baking
good pinch of salt
1 large egg (room temp)
zest of a medium lemon
250 g all-purpose flour (please, follow batter the consistency shown in the video)
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
bake in a preheated oven at 175°C/350°F for about 40-45 min
