Those looked like some of the better streets in Camden. Try going at night - the copper wires been stripped from the utility poles and traffic lights. It's medieval.
Hope you are very good CharlieBo 💝
Cool Brick City 🧱🌃 Checking In ua-cam.com/video/eiNByu75ro8/v-deo.html
I'm fascinated with just the amount of History you can see how old these streets are I wouldn't be surprised if some of that graffiti is from the 1800
This is ugly. We are supposed to be the "Richest" country in the world and our city leaders, mayors, and governors do nothing to try and help these people in these rundown broken neighborhoods. It's disgusting and filthy. The mayor of Camden should be ashamed of himself as well as the governor of New Jersey.
I lived about 10 miles from there, what a piece of shit place. Humans can't really live like that. Nobody will even risk investment, only the government with our money. They have an aquarium, outside concert hall, 50 dollars to park and a closed baseball stadium. If you want drugs, get robbed or life threatened it's the place to place to go.
Again, great vid, CharlieBo313. I have no comments on the city itself, except to say that I find it architecturally interesting how the homes are built so close to the sidewalks. So similar to European styles, which makes sense as the Eastern seaboard area was originally settled by Europeans. That's the way their cities/homes are. The farther west you go, the less you see that type of building and start to see more homes with set-backs farther from the streets. I always enjoy your videos, and thank you for publishing them! I really enjoy the fact that you don't narrate them, it gives me a chance to concentrate on the visual experience. They speak for themselves.
In Pennsylvania if you can, go to New Castle, Darby, Ambridge and McKees Rocks.
