I think what your meant is the style is reminiscent of a coloring book and the same vibrant colors we typically use (as opposed to comic book style.

Do you know the Hopi prophecy that men will think they are women and women will think they are men and they will think they know better than the Great Spirit. Sounds like two spirit to me which fulfills that prophecy.
