I purchased this deck partly because I'm drawn to the vintage look. I find myself very comfortable with late 1800s, early 1900s. I lived in a small town of homes, buildings of this time only for about 15 years and felt like I'd been there before. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your videos. You helped me choose some decks for my birthday and I'm very happy with them. Hope you are all better soon!
I am loving the spiritualism feel of the late 1800s. Feels like it would be great for spirit guide work and the like. I would be happy to add this to my collection. ⛅️
So sorry the plague caught up to you! Glad to hear you are feeling better❤ I xant imagine trying to video while feeling ill. Thank you so much as always for your videos, its like having coffee with a friend. 😊
I just got this deck delivered from Amazon ❤😊 I just done a self reading 😮at 11 pm and you right, 100% is as a ouija board omg, I got the ouija card and the throne in my first own reading 📚 ❤😊❤😊
Thank you very much for reviewing this deck. Wow - I LOVE that the characters in this deck are racially diverse!! Unfortunately, that is still such a rare thing, even in 2023. Too many all-white decks out there - deck creators need to get with the times. I will definitely follow Carrie Paris and Tina Hardt (who did the artwork?). I actually just reached out to Carrie, because her website's online shop was not working (images only). I found out she just moved to Italy (wow!), and she's still unpacking, so she's switched off the online shop for the moment until she's settled down and is able to start shipping her decks again.
Can’t wait to get this deck! Happy Halloween to me but most importantly the celebration of the day of the dead. As a person who has lost so many loved ones including my partner of 17 yrs,my mum and my best friend in the whole world…connecting with the dead is a very special and honored ritual in my home and in my life. I had seen a couple reviews but I always appreciate that you pull a sample card and you read an example from the book. I personally love the book that accompanies the deck so it does matter. Thanks for always being so thorough and honest…just love you, love your contribution to the community. Thanks sooooo much!
Hi Natasha!! This is a pretty interesting deck! Quick question, how would you dispose of a deck? I was gifted one that I don’t vibe with and I’d feel weird gifting it to someone because I just get an iffy vibe from it. I had cleansed the deck before I used it. Your thoughts on that would be greatly appreciated! :)
There's a few things you could do, but it just comes down to what feels right to you. You can sell, donate, gift it, or you can leave it somewhere for someone to find. I prefer not throwing it in the trash simply because 1, it's wasteful, and 2, it feels disrespectful. I personally would gift or donate. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching! ❤️
@@WickedMoonlight1 I love the idea of leaving it somewhere for someone to find (well, somewhere sheltered, as it's getting snowy lately). That way, someone who doesn't like it can just leave it there, and someone who is attracted to it can take it home and try it out. Best to leave a note that it's free to take - otherwise it might end up in a Lost & Found box! Or you could donate the deck to a place that holds Tarot and Oracle study groups, I'm sure someone there would be interested to take it in and try it out.
As a white person whose family has been here since slavery was the going thing, I generally don’t do ancestor work. I feel like a lot of my ancestors would not be presences I’d want in my home. But in an ancestral archetypal way, I use my Jewitch deck as a way of connecting to my Jewish heritage. I don’t think this deck is for me, but I love your videos. I hope you feel better soon. ⛅️⛅️⛅️
@@samaragarfinkleThe Lilien Deck is sadly OOP but it’s definitely worth it if you can find a copy. It’s a beautiful black and white deck actually created by a Jewish person who is also a Jewitch.
Yeah, I have certain relatives from that time. One hopes that they've learned something in their sojourn through the Afterlife, and, maybe reincarnation.

A Jewitch deck?! Do tell! (Is it still being printed?).
