अब रात दिन उसके बारे मे सोचता हूं कि कब पूरा हो जाय ,
मैंने तो सिर्फ चार साल (48किश्त) के लिये ही लिया है , अब आपकी वीडियो देखकर समझ गया हूं, कि अब फिर से नही उलझूगा,
क्योकि बहुत ही परेशानी होती है ,खाने का जुगाड़ करे (घरेलू खर्च) या किश्त का,
कभी कभी तो किश्त के लिये दोस्तों से लेंन देन तक करनी पड़ सकती हैं, यह तो एक तरह से परेशानी ही हैं , इससे अच्छा तो जो मिल रहा है ,उसमे में सन्तुष्ट रहो

I like your ideas and implementing them. I have also read 3 books of Robert kiyosaki. I think people have not completely understood what he had to say in rich dad poor dad. He is not completely right or completely wrong.
Few good things to adopt -
1. Understand difference between asset and liability. Buy asset.
2. Do not consider house as an asset rather try to create more income sources.
3. Though he had invested in real estate but there is a change in maths if you compare India vs USA. Here rents are very less as compare to even FD returns. One should understand the maths behind it.
4. He is right about taxes, you can never tax business class. Only salaried persons or end user pays the tax.
5. To me, he seems to be correct about govt’d printing money (inflation) and mismanagement of cash by govt.
Many cunning people in India use his (Robert Kiyosaki’s) ideas to sell their fake products, like MLM etc.
How debt will become an asset?? Debt is always a liability with a cost...u acquire an asset by paying this liability from ur pocket...
Raunak Singh yes, Debt is a liability. If you want to acquire asset by debt then do the maths as he is suggesting in video.
One simple word - learn to read Financial Statements..otherwise keep blaming such great economist/bestsellingauthor/investor/futurist Robert Kiyosaki 😌
@@raunaksingh4144 Debt can be an asset, ignore these motivational speakers like Zorba. Property prices have always appreciated. You can get appreciation for the money you don't have in real estate via mortgage. After tax benefit, the loan is practically at the same interest rate as inflation. Then why not take it and build properties for both rental income as well as appreciation.
Do your own survey, don't conclude property prices ain't rising just becoz Zorba is saying so.

Sir, two points:-
1. In home loan calculations, you have not taken into account the RENT saved by staying in the house.
2. Another good debt is education loan. One pays it off in few years, and enjoy the fruits of enhanced qualifications lifelong.
Few year or early payment education loan is right suggestion.
I have taken 4 lakh Sbi education loan, and pay for it 7 lakh total.
We should pay education loan interest from first month after taking loan..
Even if RENT is saved than how do you know & anticipate that how much RENT could have been saved if he Took the flat on RENT . He has also clearly mentioned that Property Rates are not increasing in India as compared to other countries
Moreover if someone loses his job or business than how will he pay the loan of 40 lakhs .
He is trying to make you UNDERSTAND that PEACE OF MIND is more important than any kind of take loan or investing . Watch all his videos & maybe you may understand
