since you can animate in photoshop, and apparently also make 2D rigs/puppets, I wonder if you could make fully rigged puppet animations in photoshop like in toon boom or adobe animate…

Adobe has guides on their website as well as UA-cam tutorials for this specific feature. Do you need them to turn up at your house to show you how to use google to locate them as well?
I always think how cool it would be to have a ufc game or a skateboard game where you can go into a mode and tweak ur body parts and joint to make a nice slow motion reply/ reel of a trick or a knock out
although I don’t do this stuff at all, I watch you videos only because you create them so nicely! love that.

UA-cam should allow us to save shorts to playlists, I once came across the same problem!
If you go into your watch history, and press the three dots above the shorts, you can save them to playlists.
If you like the video, you can manage shorts through that and put them into other playlists.

I use puppet warp all the time and had no idea about the option click rotation feature. This is awesome!
Half the battle is just knowing the keybinds and options of particular tools
