Hi Nitish. Firstly, Thank you for this video. Secondly a small question to you- Me being 5" 8' shouldn't be needing such changes if I use the bike for touring, city rides etc? Thirdly- Is there a seat height difference in the previous models compared to the UG model?

At the main time i got this informative video about bike saddle/seat height adjustment video. Because 2days ago Thursday late night 9:30 pm purchased my first bike.. but I need to adjust lowest seat height adjustment... So today Sunday morning onwards right now 11:00 am I'm going for adjustment and some genuine modification of my bike for seafty and look purposes... LoL
My height is 5'5" and i have gixer sf which have 795mm seat height and i can drive it comfortable. When i tuch only one leg to ground and when i tuch both legs in ground then its a little bit difficult to take back bike by leg.

Making the suspension more lighter is not a good idea as it will lead to handling problems!!

Why didn't you say to fit 15 size wheels so the height reduces by 2 inches.
most of the preload settings are use less- I mean of no use as they do not create that much difference to solve your problem + or - anyhting.

i bought dominar 250 yesterday and my height is 5'6 and its a bit hard to handle at turnings and moving at parking stands. But for 5'1 it would be extremely hard unless you reduce the seat height.

Boss, music is too loud and unnecessary. Another way is to reduce wheel size but before doing anything we should think of warranty first. Take a test ride for min 10 kms and with speed you like to drive to get a feel of vibrations, handling etc at that speed

i think your preload concept is wrong, on decreasing preload spring will go down more easily thereby reducing height, on the otherhand if you tighten the spring (increase preload) the absorber will not go down so easily thereby not decreasing seat height further

Nah! The rear seat is not really that tall.. if only someone with a saree sits on the rear seat then it will be uncomfortable
