You can only get it via hacking. It’s a exclusive attack for Fou-Lu, since his main element is ice. So they both don’t have the opposite dragon elemental spell. But it’s nice to see it was programmed to be in game, maybe Fou-Lu was intended to be in our party or maybe Infine Dragon was supposed to be playable to fight Yuna...

If you know how to use cheats in epsxe, than you don't have to use CHEAT ENGINE, or even do the combo to get Mjollnir or any other magic spells :). Use better epsxe 2.0 or higher for this to work. Here is all that you need :). Go to this site megalixir.cc/psx/breath-of-fire-iv/#cheat-1-8, and this one www.wescastro.com/codetwink/cheats.codetwink.com/psx/view/1030/26/default.htm. That is all that you need :). You can even use SOUL REND or any other spell that is in the game by yourself, the enemies or the enemy bosses :). There are some exceptions in which some spells do crash te emulator and cannot be used... Btw, this is for the NTSC version of BOFIV. Just put the two digits into/instead the two last digits with the two question marks of the magic spell that you want to use in the Magic slot modifier codes, or in the skill modifier codes and thats it :)
