Havent watched the vid yet but running is one of the best things for ur body, if ur anxious run, why? Because ur anxious because u have high cortisol in ur body (stress hormone) And the only way to get rid of the built up cortisol is to use it, 10 000 years ago, it was a beast hunting us ( a big spike in cortisol) nowadays, its what she or he said, notifactions, different expectations, since we (not all) but a lot of people don't have to really fight (life or death) to survive so new problems manifest themselves in what they can, they never disappear. But nowadays its small doses of stress here and there, like for instance if u put a drop of poison into a water bucket, after sometime its gonna have a bad effect. Things to reduce stress, train hard, run until u want to puke and quit but you keep going, good sleep wont remove the cortisol/stress but it will lessen the production of it so for maximum effect do both, meditation is great, meditation will cause what would give u stress normally to not give stress anymore once u get deep enough into urself and become one or distant urself from urself, then these small thoughts wont have such a big effect anymore
