L.A. Noire is the best police game to date! Not only watching their mannerisms but listening to their voice helps establish whether they are lying or not.

@@nitrogiant3240a sequel would make more sense. Like la noire 2 but in a different period.. Or the games will bear the noire titles but they takes place in different cities or states like new york noire, Chicago noire, Detroit noire, Miami noire, Texas noire, Seattle noire
LSPDFR is still my go-to police simulator. It's friggin' amazing. But not everyone has the technical chops to build that mod. But if for those who can stomach it, totally worth it, no question.
@@kojo62agreed, I was fairly decent with modding games thanks to Arma 2/3, Minecraft, and a few others but holy hell the amount of backups and reinstalls I had to do for GTAV was way too much
There's an indie game called Flashing Lights. It doesn't have amazing graphics or a campaign, but it's a free roam, open world game with easy modding and an in-game system for customizing your vehicles lights (what kind, placement, and patterns). Single player or coop multiplayer with RP elements. There's PD, FD, and EMS. You can pull someone over for speeding just for them to hop out and start shooting, and after discover that they were carrying enough drugs in their car to distribute them, or that they just happened to have a warrant for their arrest.
This game is really boring. I think that LSPD:FR is better. But if we are talking about FD side, I like Emergency Call 112 2. I play demo Ambulance Simulator: Paramedic Life. This game is beautiful, but it has bad optimization. Gameplay of this game looks as "Reanimation Inc" (it's for phones)
@@matthewgiovannini2360 Those aren't some bad mentions, to be honest! However, they have their own issues (at least, in comparison to FL). LSPD:FR is decent, but it's just a GTA mod that requires other mods you have to sort out getting installed correctly just to get the full experience, not to mention the pain of sorting out a decent non-cringe community. In solo it's not too much different than current FL it feels. Then again, it's been about a year since I bothered with LSPD:FR so maybe things have changed. Emergency Call 112 is single player only with no modding/customization, and personally I'm not a fan of using euro equipment (side note, check out Into the Flames. Probably the best overall firefighting game). The fire and smoke effects are pretty good, though! Ambulance Simulator... it's honestly too early to say anything about it, but it looks like it'll also only be single player with no modding/customization. I'll be getting it regardless, and I expect some good stuff from it considering it's developers.

Police simulator is rather boring and unrealistic.. clearly these euro developers need to actually come to American cities and do ride alongs because we have way more shootings and gang violence we deal with daily.
Agreed. I played Police Sim since early access, when it was still full of promise, and had an amazing roadmap. Then after full release, the roadmap gets trashed and nothing but broken promises.
