Recipe-2 cups sugar half cup corn syrup,half cup water add white gel food coloring and gel food color of your choice.Stir mix completely to combine all ingredients. Place on stove add flavoring when your mix reaches 250 let your mix reach 300 degrees. Remove from stove stir to incorporate all your colors well. Dip and enjoy

Leave them until they are frozen

If your asking about greasing the pan so they won’t stick when placing the candy on the pan I used a coat of regular cooking spray

The candy is cook to 300 degrees hard crack stage

You can use any kind I freeze mine 1st
What do you mean grease your pan? Like coat all of the inside like when baking a cake?
Yes lightly..The candy will stick to the cookie sheet and peel the candy off the. Ottoman of the pickles.this will prevent it from doing so.. You can also use a silicone place a silicone mat on a cold cookie sheet as well.

No the grapes aren’t frozen..But you can freeze them..

Once I dip everything I refrigerate or place them back in the freezer
Why is my dipping sauce so hard ( after) ? Is this how it's supposed to be? Hard & chewy?
Once you candy reaches 300 dip right away..If your candy harden during dipping apply it back to the stove to loosen it up.. I only recommend doing this once.

Until they are frozen.. That way you don’t have to worry about the pickles falling of the sticks

Place your pickles in the the freezer until they are frozen then wrap them

It’s hot candy.. You will need 2 cups sugar,1/2 water,1/2 cup clear Karo syrup, and food coloring of your choice..Mix very well,add to your stove top you will need a thermometer to track your temperature let the mixture reach 300 degrees remove from stove stir to make sure everything is incorporated then dip your pickles right away.. Be very careful when dipping your candy temp is 300 degrees..Good luck🍀Hope this helped you out🥰
