    Dear precious,thanks for all that u do. I just wanna thank u personally,I've really learned Alot from u. Being out of Cameroon,I need some things like this but never a chance,but I've learned from u and now am able to prepare beignet,gateau and even cakes. Thanks alot

    Charmy charmy - our name for this beignet when I was growing up. Sweet memories dear, will make this tomorrow, u have a way of giving people work. Yes, I get to work in the kitchen right away each time u put up a new recipe. Enjoying the work though so keep them coming my dear

    Fancy recipe looove it! Here in Brazil we don't put vanilla or nutmeg. Instead we use cinnamon powder with sugar after frying.

    So what's the difference to doughnut? Because I see is the same ingredient except for vegetable oil instead of butter.

    hi dear , new subbie here. have been wacthing all your videos lately for some recipees. i do have a question, please is there any difference beetwen drop beignet and beignets

      Hi, I'm not sure of exactly what you are referring to but drop beignets should be the ones made with batter and you drop the batter into oil to fry just like drop doughnuts. On the other hand, beignets are made with dough. The dough is formed into shapes before frying. Hope this helps.

    I saw another recipe of yours, Ma Precious, u put 2 eggs and u added water, and 6 tablespoons butter
    How is that recipe different from this one?
