Fancy recipe looove it! Here in Brazil we don't put vanilla or nutmeg. Instead we use cinnamon powder with sugar after frying. Thanks for sharing. You are so talented❤

Hi, I'm not sure of exactly what you are referring to but drop beignets should be the ones made with batter and you drop the batter into oil to fry just like drop doughnuts. On the other hand, beignets are made with dough. The dough is formed into shapes before frying. Hope this helps.
