I’m currently working in Tcs with work ex of approx 3.7 yrs and wish to pursue mba. Should I go for 2 year general mba or opt for executive mba as I want to shift my profile and work from IT to product based company with management role. Also, since Tata has this policy that once you leave company they won’t recruit you again, so will it be applicable on all Tata organisations or specific to Tcs? Hey Mansi, thanks so much 🙌 I am not aware of TATA's policy on rehiring but ai certainly feel a general MBA will be much more suited to your profile. Ex MBA is for a much higher work-ex and is an extremely fast paced course.

Ma'am I am the kind of person who does like any field in particular. I have only worked in the intellectual property field for 2 years and lost interest in that too. You can go for an MBA without any profile as well. Focus on the entrance exam, score good percentile and aim for the best college NIMIS. Telling you from my experience my friend has 0 experience in management field. She is in IIM Indore. After exams when there is time span you can work on profile building and interviews

You can go for an MBA without any profile as well. Focus on the entrance exam, score good percentile and aim for the best college NIMIS. Telling you from my experience my friend has 0 experience in management field. She is in IIM Indore. After exams when there is time span you can work on profile building and interviews

Whenever I watch you I just want to be like u .. as I'm shy , not so confident type of person nd never got exposures to speak or present myself infront of PPL ... I just wish that one day I could talk like you confidently.
Practiceee.. Take smaller steps to come out of your comfort zone.. Jaise I recently visited another city to do a podcast with another creator. I am such an introvert that it was a scary experience for me. Alsooo, I didn't know how to face the camera - 75% of my videos are w/o my face. I was shy. Overcame it with practice.

IIM Ahmedabad k hostel k bare me share karo na please. Kitne log ek room m rhte h. Agar parents ya fiance/ husband milne aye to 1-2 din stay kr sakte h sath m?. Aur agar hostel room ki pictures share kr sako new campus ki to well and good ☺️

Didi iim is better or Fms delhi is better… i am asking in terms of in hand salary after mba from iim or fms… if both provide same in hand salary after mba than fms is better in terms of ROI .. didi i am very confused and unable to decide which college to target fms or iim .. my main focus is Less fees and best in hand salary.. pls sis suggest something
