My son's band,The Wurly Birds,were busking in an arts district here in Okla.City and Wayne walked by and liked what he heard. They ended up going into a gallery restroom with him and he introduced them for a quick video they shot in there. They playedan original and he really liked it. It's not unusual to run into Wayne around OKC.He's a fairly friendly guy so long as you don't crowd him and he's,obviously,a big supporter of the arts scene in OKC. Currently seperated from his wife sadly enough.

I saw the Lips at the V2000 festival. He was being very proactive with the set up and basically being one of the roadies and pulling his weight.
