How are you enjoying Infinite? I'm still kind of disinterested so far and find myself going back to 3. Infinite feels smooth and nice to play in terms of movement etc and I like the graphics. Some of the new ideas are great others not so much. Nothing has really blown me away or grabbed me and pulled me in though. The weapons all feel kind of meh and the lack of maps and play lists is annoying. Campaign looks like it will be amazing though.

There's something about the way you shoot the sniper in halo 3 that just does not translate over to infinite, and you can notice when fatrat tries to snipe in infinite. You can like "curve" the shot, or flick the reticle right before shooting to kinda "fix the shot" at the last second and boom, head shot. Almost as if there's a sort of delay between trigger pull+final reticle positiong before the shot registers, in which can be manipulated. With infinite however, exactly where you aim, when you pull the trigger is exactly where the shot will go. Idk if this makes sense, but after years of sniping, that's the feel that I'm getting between the two atm.
Yeah, I don't play Halo 3 multiplayer all that often, sometimes I play one of those custom sniping FFA games that have like a 100 kill limit and instant respawn, and I definitely felt that the Sniper in Halo 3 was pretty smooth. By comparison, the Halo 2 Classic Sniper feels like a hunk of metal and definitely below the Halo 2A/CE Snipers.
This reminds me of the early xbl days 2004-2008~ where everyone had a mic and would talk. You'd meet so many interesting people, party chat changed everything. I miss those days

dude this seriously makes me miss this game more and more. this was my favorite game growing up. ever. was a 50 in lone wolves, team doubles, team slayer, and shotty snipes/team snipers forget which one that was. damn those were the days. im actually liking infinite i just played it for the first time yesterday cause i didnt want to be disappointed but i like it. except im on keyboard and mouse now so theres a learning curve for me but im getting there. great content tho man you earned a sub for nostalgic purposes lol. these maps too were fire. every single one.
@@matth4069 MCC plays better on controller in my opinion, aiming on mouse and keyboard doesn't feel right in MCC to me compared to the native PC ports of CE and 2.

Most I ever got was 46 on Valhalla.. I played split screen with my GF who had never played before and our teammates quit before the match started.. such a fun match haha
I remember back in the day when I played a LOT of halo 2 online... Went to a 4 box LAN party my friends older brother and their friends were having. Bunch of dudes in their mid 20's smoking and drinking that really never played Halo. Here I am sitting, sweaty pimple faced try hard ranked player... Absolutely destroyed them like this the entire evening, there was nothing they could do haha

Idk if anyone feel the same like me. The sniper in H3 feels very smooth and satisfying to use. Conversely, the one in Infinity feels very stiff.
