Really love recipe and meal vlogs to get inspiration. I get stuck in cooking ruts and make the same things all the time. Always good to see new recipes and new recipe books that are actually worth buying!
I tried the Chicken and Cheese curry from the yellow book yesterday and it was delicious!! If you aren't too fond on the cheese side of things you don't need to put it on. Tasted like a chicken Tikka Korma style curry. It was a good hour and a half in the kitchen though for this one BUT you can freeze it so will be making a big batch next time!
Love this and love how much you love the books. I do have to say that you're really beautiful. Camera shots are good on you lol. Thanks for the recommendations. I will be planning my food for next week and will include these! I have now subscribed. :)

I know this is such a daft question but what's your technique for cooking homemade chips everytime I do it they're either rock solid or mushy in the middle and burnt round the edges 🙈

You should definitely try the creamy garlic chicken (and just leave out the mushrooms) and the Hunters chicken is amazing both from the green book first one

So I will be ordering that tomorrow after seeing your delicious meals. My fave PON recipe is the creamy garlic chicken in the 1st book. "Coq au Vin" (pronounced van)" is French for "Cock (chicken) with wine". Traditionally the French would use red wine, but to reduce the calories PON replace the red wine for red wine vinegar instead 🙂. Xx

Instead of eating it next day jess l dont no if you like frozen meals you could freeze bit of your leftover meal for another day when your having crappy day jess just have microwave it bit give florence her dinner time meal or when she has her athernoon nap bit pease and quite for 5 minutes

Have you tried two chubby Cubs cookbook jess there on Facebook as well as pinch of nom but there first book alot of recipes are slimming world one they got a letter from slimming world to stop pinching their recipes from slimming world cookbooks or they would sue them for thousands of pounds so they had make there own recipes up that's why books are all different now jess and also wanted to say your looking well hope your follow up appointment goes well for you get your breast reduction done make much better for you

I literally just cut up, spray with fry lite, season and put in oven! Always burn around the edges but I don’t mind that 😘😂 xxx

I don’t put the tomatoes in it as I’m the same! I just use passata! Try it that way next time 🥰🥰🥰
