Keep your left arm up when you are circling out. It's called a flag and it keeps your opponent from following your hips. Just an extra addition and it really helps.
Wrist control on the belly hand, reach over and throw the half with the other. Reversal with back points/pin. My dad taught this to me as the "long sit" (watch for the chin drop)
That was the first move i learned when I actually did wrestling many years ago. My coach suggested that we snap the forearm supine towards the chest before planting. That was to get extra force to clear the elbow.
