Simple me ye Bol sakte hai nA ki statment koi bar bar criminal ya civil procedings Me nahi Badal sakta
Aur agar badalne ka Kosis karega to doctrine of estoppel usko rokega..
Doctrine of Estoppel k liye kisi ka loss hona chahiye ya fact se jo statement badal rha hai
