Recipe for Trenary Toast: Take a slice of bread. Add butter, cinnamon and sugar. Toast. Set on kitchen counter for at least 2 weeks or until it's good and stale. Enjoy. Seriously though, I don't like it, but many people do. There fresh breads are really good. They also have a satellite store/café in Marquette now.

I like the mention of how much the Tribes bring to the economy in the UP. In some counties they are the largest employer.
