For green card letter winners, both forms are acceptable but it is highly recommended to complete I-134 since it is not legally binding.

Its free but some people would like compensation for the time it takes to complete the form. Yes you can complete for 3 people as long as you meet income guidelines

Highly recommend you use a citizen or permanent resident. At some embassies they will not accept a non-immigrant since they can be deported or be out of status anytime.

I grew up in Kenya Africa so am not American. Even if there are no jobs you can self employ yourself by selling stuff or cleaning people's houses for cash. 37 yrs with zero income is laziness period!
