I got $75 discount code for complaining about them not knowing when their k look large Narrow Verona Bracelet in Pt was going to be back in stock, and the lady couldn’t tell me…I wrote them back saying I was disappointed and she should know better, and then another gentleman e-mailed me back again apologizing and then saying that I could use the discount code to buy that item…it made a real difference! I love Mene I currently only own two pieces but really want more. I have the platinum ankh and the classic 24K gold bracelet. The shine of the 24K gold is so beautiful. I have a Tiffanyandco bracelet that has a rose gold heart tag the gold is so dull compared to the Mene gold. Mene however doesn't have the greatest costumer service. But I believe they will I personally rather spend my money at Mene then Cartier etc.
you are not a loyal customer, you immediately tried to rip them off when you thought you could get away with it. I would have called them and informed them of the mistake and slept good at night. not you.
