I had a similar issue with the silver eagles. I ordered 2 tubes of ASE and the next day I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. A follow up email said that it was being processed and couldn't be canceled but said it could be returned to the store. I just kept them even though silver went down.

Open the pencil by unscrewing the bottom tapered point; pull that out and take (pull) the top of the barrel off. Then put (no more than 2 pieces) in and close. Put it back together and let the lead down by turing the top knob to the right, bit by bit.

No tarnish or spots here. Keep the silver with a dessicant and in sealed bag. Sulpher in our air tones silver and high humidity causes spotting. IT REALLY WORKS !

I love Mene I currently only own two pieces but really want more. I have the platinum ankh and the classic 24K gold bracelet. The shine of the 24K gold is so beautiful. I have a Tiffanyandco bracelet that has a rose gold heart tag the gold is so dull compared to the Mene gold. Mene however doesn't have the greatest costumer service. But I believe they will I personally rather spend my money at Mene then Cartier etc.
