I learned, as a kid, using my grandmother's treadle sewing machine. It's a skill that has often come in handy over the years. Including making curtains and covering seat cushions for our camper, too. From hemming pants to making repairs, it's a skill worth learning. Thanks for sharing yours with us.

There are tonnage of people wasting their skills and time working jobs that do not and will not utilize the entire human beings abilities. Which is good. Because outside the job, foresty demonstrates FREEDOM in a way I can’t articulate. But that’s how it looks, people. Freedom. He didn’t do chores growing up; he was learning LIFE SKILLS 🙌🏽🤓

"Hey, grandma, you gotta watch this show on the UA-cams, Foresty Forest. I promise you'll love him!" Grandma sits down, teacup in hand, fires up the UA-cams. "Oh, what a wholesome lad. Ah, yes, only real men know how to use a sewing machine... and... MY GOD WHAT IS HE DOING WITH THAT BIAS TAPE!!?!?!?!?"

But Foresty uploaded. Its a good day.

I'm always thoroughly impressed with how much progress gets done each video. With the amount of work the build takes on top of the camera placements and editing, banging out a new video every 5 days or so takes dedication. Super awesome work! 👍

You're a man of many talents. As for your fabrication and carpentry skills, take it from a full time carpenter/contractor, with a history in fabrication in metal, you are doing a really good job. As for the sewing, I'll have to show this video to my mom, who was a dressmaker and seamstress for 45 years. And I got to warn you, she's cranky.
