Xbox series controller modded with Hall effect thumbsticks, metal thumbsticks, trigger locks, 4 rear buttons in position to all be actuated by my middle finger on each hand as opposed to my middle and ring finger. And some kind of tactile grip on the palm grips and faceplate. Not the splatter grip. More like the series 2 grip.
