Hi Biana, I know it's been a year since you've posted but I highly appreciate this video and the words shared It's a comfort and interest to know of all these journeys that are similar to mine, and I am grateful that all of you felt comfortable enough to share these struggles and achievements
This video is a life saver I'm still in animation school and most of the advise here applies really well to my career, thank you so much for putting this perspective out there ❤️
Thank you for this video! I'm a graduating senior in highschool and I am so anxious about life as an artist. I enjoyed the video so much, listening to various perspectives and challenges from real artists! Makes me feel like I am not alone and gives possible hope of a pursuable path. Much Love!!
My favorite interview was the one with your friend who did the massive canvas practically blocking the entrance in the hallway at her school, and then got a studio. I'm going to check out the full interviews on your B channel. btw, way to rock the giant headset!! :)
At the time, Cooper Union actually offered free admission IF you actually managed to get in (for perspective, their acceptance rate was lower than Harvard's). That's no longer the case now, I believe, but I truly don't think they cared how insane an ask that was. Watch Yaffa's full interview if you really want to pull your hair out in frustration 😫
@@BianaBova, I did and I still hate how they disregard her passion for art. Especially that her mother has her own art degree but because she couldn't make it into a career. She chose to discourage her daughter from pursuing it

Wonderful I love how you talk about developing your UA-cam - playing the long game!

Okay, I have to ask this but to Yaffa's parents. What art school do you two know that is free to go to?
