Great Diagnostic procedure ,lots of very helpful information..( seems a very lonely road for some independent garages trying to Diagnose this type of problem ...)enjoyed the Video 👍
Your fdrs ids runs a lot faster than I remember when I was working for Ford it used to be really slow then it sometimes would not generate an RVC great video 👍🏼
I must say very well conducted diagnostics showing step by step , as for me its all what i use to do in my ford days very recently and that was my anticipations it could only be some kind of internal fault into one of the components which the Etis has justified that but the reality is not the diagnostic procedure but the man who was behind the diagnostics where my credit it would to . well done keep it up .
Ooooo I've been waiting for you to do one of these for a long time. Kettle on casting to the big TV and yes the girlfriend has tutted and left the room.
All credit to the uploader but this has to be the dullest car related video I've ever seen. Obviously the future is even bleaker than I thought. Once upon a time cars were exciting machines! Nonetheless thanks for documenting the diag procedure.
@@SYDiagnostics I appreciate your work mate, it's just the direction that the industry is headed. As a Mechanic I used to tolerate the bad pay due to the job satisfaction but if this is where we're going wages will need to significantly improve! Thanks again for bringing us the latest.
I would love you to delve into the faulty SGM down to component level and see what went wrong with it , its a very informative video but I have to say its a lot of tech for very little gain for the driver .
I bought a 20 plate puma mhev with 30k and it’s got a hybrid battery connection fault, they’ve got to decide if they’re going to replace the 48v battery or replace it with another model, their communication has been extremely poor but I’m enjoying the courtesy demo puma we’ve got, unfortunately the demo I’ve got is 125 and I bought the 155 which is so much better so I’m waiting to find out, they’ve had it 10 days so far
Hi ive collected a brand new 1.0 mhev ecoboost, and noticed straight away a very noisy tick over!! But when i depress the clutch its fine. Would you say the dmf is knackered with less than 100 miles on the clock? 😡😤🤦♂️
@@SYDiagnostics my friend just collected a brand new mhev kuga which does the same thing, so im guessing its the mhev belt system perhaps 🤔 but i cant figure out how the clutch interacts with the mhev system?🤦♂️
Cool to watch manufacturers process . Thanks for sharing!
It's a shame that none of the test figures are available as data pids to view !!!
@@SYDiagnostics all ive got is autodata and if there is a wiring diagram its wrong lol

thanks for watching, the ids sequence was edited to speed it up

Oh gawd what a palaver, I wonder how the small independents will get on with these.
Interesting vid look forward to part2
Most of the tests where just a belt n braces exercise. I feel it could have been diagnosed much easier
I learned a lot here. Thanks for taking the time. It’s the sort of information I need

20 mins of my voice.......lol
Excellent work there Skoda yoda, yet again , top man , fully enjoying watching your diag work, keep them coming 👍👍
Excellent video thank you
I don't do Hybrid but it was still an interesting video, cheers buddy 👍.
Thanks for sharing Steve... Cheers.
Nice one . Good to watch the testing process.

Ha ha thanks..... Part 2 may be a little more interesting
I do agree it's dull, but feel pressured to put content out. Plus it's the start of things to come I'm afraid

@@swordofthelord7104 totally agree.... The future looks boring to me..... I can't embrace the electric vehicle as others do

yeah it would be nice, but they are items under warranty and exchange items too

Awesome Video Steve. 👌 I hate how long these SBD takes to load.
Yeah it's pitifully slow !! this while process was in excess of 2.5hrs of testing
😂 bet that helped with the all important efficiency. 😏
@@richardevans8436 Yeah Ford go on about efficiency yet their end is far from efficient
Great job, you make it look easy but its definitely not
