Another rich guy who has everything sponsored and can’t do anything for himself 🤮
2 mins in ..." I had to micro manage this guy to get things done"... Then goes on for 5 minutes about all the things that were done wrong.......
$150,000 in audio equipment? Most restomods do t even feather that at auctions…
He's definitely got his numbers confused
YOU DIDN'T BUILD THE CAR. Your sponsors did.
He didn’t even do that. Sponsoring it makes it sound like he paid for it. Which he didn’t. 10,000 hours at $150/hr USA $1.5M car. Someone is lying here.
So a guy that can afford to buy all these items himself gets loads of sponsors just because of who he is. I would rather hear from a guy that did it himself. Some guy from left field that nobody has ever heard of that was going to get it done even without the sponsors.
This.
Yup... There's so much to write a big reply but it's w.e. this I'm sure is going to be an unpopular opinion and ppl gona be defending him.
Unfortunately that’s how it works people with status celebrities etc plenty of coin get stuff given to them for the publicity
The publicity is so much better for the brands when they help people with nothing. I don’t understand how they don’t get it.
The channel is supposed to be about car stories... And though the car has a story, its owner is a tool.
There is no way a stereo system can cost $150,000 US Dollars.
Oh they can but not in a firebird just not enough room
I’ll never understand how to approach a company and say, I have no money so build me a resto mod and I’ll take it to shows.
Locktite on brakes ?
@Vinwiki ive built many many tires for bridgestone specifically I built the belt package or beads
So just to be clear, He built absolutely nothing. Him and sponsors just paid to have somebody else do all the work right?
This guy said he’s a car guy?
Negative ghost writer the pretending is over.
You can doo eeettt!
How many commenters have never understood the fun of BOP only parts
Bringing a car back to life is always a great. End of story
Shoulda put locktite on the calipers? Hmmm.
An interior modeled after a Porsche? Hmmm.
I LIKE IT !!! At fifteen, I got a new '69 Firebird, my first new car. Special ordered, without goodies I would opt for today. It helped that dad owned a Pontiac dealership. So, it did not really cost anything. Sadly, had to let it go after putting demo mileage on it. About three years later, the Firebird was a trade-in and I drove it for a year or so.
Great story Jeremy and congrats on reaching the finish line with the build! Time to rack up the miles.
I love seeing the outcomes of these long term ownership stories. Great build.
Its a great story Ed... Maybe have someone else tell it.
Where's Rabbit?
Would have been MUCH BETTER if told by the poor bastards who built this and actually had to put up with this horrible asshole as a micromanaging customer. My heart goes out to them. Sounds like he didn’t value any of the craftsmen that built the car l.
Where's Rabbit?
There's a youtuber that has connects with the car tel and claims he knows the owner of the missing mclaren your looking for and he made a video about the owner and how he seen it and he is friends with the son who kept it and made a video about it and he is actually going to upload part 2
That stereo system should be under 10k GTFO. And that’s with overpriced JL Audio equipment.
You definitely don’t need lock tight on brake calipers.
Always a good day with jeremy on the channel, thanks for all the awesome content. Happy friday everyone!
Ok.🤷♂
Why the hate?
Because unless you have zero perception capabilities, this guy is a royal jackass.
$150,000 in audio equipment non audio guys probably hear that and think oh wow. Actual audio guys or just about anyone who's ever stepped foot in Slamology however knows to call BS.
This is not a '69 Firebird.
A lot of bots in the comments t section
Haven’t seen one and I looked at every comment …
@@Thumper68 Check again, the booty bots are back.
Cool car, but seems the individual telling thr story is a little more pretentious than i care to like. Loads of money, but everything sponsored. Neat.
Why do companies do things for rich people for free all the time... choose me
Ed, please don’t let us hear from this guy anymore
"I took the car from the guy because he done a burnout with his grandson in the car... the first burnout should have been mine"
1st thing I would have asked... did your grandson have a hell of a time? Let's do another one!
A55hole
Of course woman will always be mad at anything that can get more attention than her😂
Eeewww padle shift thats disgusting
This is lame.
Boring, this guy seems like a jerk. I’d almost rather watch Freddie
